Military-Grade Remote Viewers Target IBM's Nanophotonics Technology and Describe its Chief Obstacle and Patentable Solution

AUSTIN, Texas, February 11, 2013 — TRANSCEPTION INCORPORATED, the Technology Transfer company that employs military-grade Controlled Remote Viewers to transfer technology from the state of nature, has begun posting operational remote viewing videos of its CRVers describing not only IBM’s nanophotonics technology (namely, its most significant problem,) but also a patentable solution, which is unknown to them—current time. The intent of the blind tasking was twofold: First, to acquire the IBM nanophotonics technology “signal-line” (as published); and second, to “thread” off of that and describe both a known chief obstacle to achieving its goal AND a patentable solution to overcoming such obstacle.

Please note that the viewers are completely blind to the target, which means they have not been told anything about it before or during their session. Consequently, as typical, they use terms to “describe” the target, not “identify” it (for example, they may use the words “movement”, “fluid” and “firehose” instead of “transmit”, “light” and “optic fiber”, etc.). However, after about halfway through their sessions, the descriptions are so detailed that no one-word “identity” can compare.

Also note, as is typical in an operational CRV session, the viewers aperture doesn’t begin to go full-open until about 30-40 minutes into the session. Consequently, the really descriptor-rich data usually doesn’t begin to emerge until then. A good example of this in this particular CRV session is when CRVer DELTA declares in a S-4 ½ “…it would be dangerous to get in their way…” in that “…it’s like a madness to reach a goal…”.

Upon hearing that declaration concerning the “goal”, monitor XRAY gives DELTA a movement exercise to “…move to the chief obstacle to achieving their goal and describe.” After the movement, DELTA basically describes that “…even with what they have now, they still consider it primitive to what they want…” in that “…they run this knowing they are going to have to completely do it differently…” in that “…they are about to come up against a wall and it’s going to make them apply something different and it’s going to make them go in a different direction…”

Finally, XRAY gives DELTA another movement exercise, “…moving to the solution of the chief obstacle, something should be perceivable…” whereupon DELTA gives a pretty nice description explaining the problem and the solution—which the viewer describes as “claustistatic tumbling” or “claustistatistical tumbling.”

During this session,DELTA also renders a number of pretty nice sketches of key elements of IBM’s nanophotonic device as well as the conceptual “patentable” technology presently unknown to them.

For those unfamiliar with Controlled Remote Viewing, in response to the discovery of the Soviet psychic spy program during the Cold War, the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) established and maintained for twenty years a secret program that trained and employed military officer and enlisted personnel in Controlled Remote Viewing (a type of trainable remote perception and martial art) to obtain information about people, places, objects, events, etc., because there was no other means for obtaining the information sought. The DIA’s program was known as “Project Stargate”. As with standard CRV protocols, all CRVers remain completely blind to the target at all times prior and during the 1-1.5 hours-long session. Only after the session is completed is the viewer ever shown a feedback photo of the target just described, if at all.
