Panasonic shows off the new Let’s note CF-B11UWABR notebook

The laptops released by Japanese based manufacturer Panasonic have a certain appeal but to a limited market, the reason for this is that they look different to other laptops with that front loading disc drive and unusual touch pad features, well nothing has changed with the new Let’s note CF-B11UWABR laptop. This laptop comes with a full spec and offers a 15.6 inch screen, Intel Core i7 processor, chipset and graphics card. However, there is more to this machine, it has a certain style to it, maybe not to everyone’s taste but never the less the Let’s note CF-B11UWABR laptop is very interesting prospect for buyers to check out.
The specs and features are a little thin on the ground, but here is what we have managed to gather up so far. It has a nice sized 15.6 inch screen in wide (16:9) full HD TFT colour LCD offering a 1920 × 1080 pixel resolutions. It is going to be running the Windows 8 Pro 64-bit operating system and powered by the Intel Core i7-3635QM processor with Intel Smart Cache 6MB and an operating frequency 2.40 GHz up to 3.40 GHz with the Intel Turbo Boost Technology. There is support from the Mobile Intel HM76 Express chipset and the video is controlled through the Intel HD Graphics 4000 card. As for the memory there is 4 GB of PC3-10600/DDR3L SDRAM can go up to 8 GB if required and a huge 1 TB Serial ATA, 5400rpm hard disk drive (HDD) for storage purposes.
Communications come from the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 IEEE 802.11a Wireless LAN and the 1000 BASE-T/100 BASE-TX/10 BASE-T Wired LAN. Other features include the DVD Super Multi Drive, SD card slot, LAN connector (RJ-45), two fast connecting USB 3.0 ports, a single standard style USB 2.0 port, Audio output terminal and the HDMI output terminal. As for the size of the Let’s note CF-B11UWABR it measures in at 370.8 mm (W) × 229 mm (D) × 43.2 mm (H) and weighs in at 1.895 kilos with the 10.8V Li-Ion Nominal capacity 4500mAh, 4200mAh battery pack installed that Panasonic say will be good for about 6 hours power.
Panasonic have priced this new addition to the Let’s note range of laptop to start from a hefty $1,700, but with optional extras and other charges this could easily increase by a couple of hundred dollars, which is bad news for buyers on a budget.
