It is only a matter of time before these ring generators and solar-HAARP generators creat a massive accident that will take out most of southern california or san diego and its military adjuncts. then of course it will all be blamed onm the usual cover story of a terrorist attack. the ring collider and hadron facilities in san franscisco and near champaign illinois are also accidents waiting to happen,and the next major false flag designate.
