Recover Lost Data from Solid State Drives (SSD)

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Solid State drives, or SSD, are different from conventional hard drives in that there are no high speed disks spinning inside the drive with read/write heads sending bits of data here and there. They are simple storage chip sets. Usually DDR RAM or Flash memory to store the data being saved to them. Exactly like a USB Flash drive, only much bigger. Solid state drives will take up less space as well.

Solid State drives, or SSD for short, operate differently than conventional hard drives. They have no moving parts, therefore they are not as affected by movements as standard hard drives. Because of this, they are not as likely to lose data in many of the ways that hard standard drives do. However, as with any type of drive, data loss can occur, and when it does you need to be ready.

With the Amigabit Data Recovery Free, you can recovery the lost or missing data from your solid state drive easily. The software can recover many file types, such as; document files, spread sheets, presentations, image files, music files, and just about any other type there is.

With the Amigabit Data Recovery software free download, the answer to your lost data problem is an easy one. The software works on many computer operating system, including: Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, Windows 7 and even Windows 8. 2.  You will need to decide which type of scan you would like to perform from the interface. Either “Fast Recovery” which is used for deleted file, “Format Recovery” used for formatted files, “Raw Data Recovery” used when the drive is lost or corrupted.

3. The next step come to selecting the file type you need to recover. If you want to recover data of specific type, just check it. If you want to recover all data from your SSD, click Scan all to check all the file types. Then click Next button to move to next step .

3. When the window opens, you will see the drive selections available. Simply select the drive that you want scanned from the list. Once you have selected it click on the scan button in the lower right corner of the interface.

4. Once you click the scan button, the scanning process would be activated immediately. Wait patiently.

5 . Once the scanning is completed, you will see a file tree. Simply select the files that you would like to be restored and when prompted, then select the location that you want them moved to, and save them.
