Lenovo Launches Valentine-special A628T Mobile in China

Lenovo’s mobile division has announced a new mid-size smartphone for the Chinese market. Labeled as A628T, this android phone has already been shipped to the authorized distributor, China Mobile. The new product is aimed to address the young audience of China, with its bright colored exterior look. Painted in red and launched in February make this handset a considerable Valentine’s gift.

Talking about the general specifications, A628T encloses a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor accompanied with a RAM of 512 MB. A large screen of 5 inches is particularly optimized for videos, games, and other apps with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. Other features of the phone include built-in storage memory of 4 GB (expandable), 5 megapixel rear and 2 megapixel front camera, LED flash, dual-SIM slots, and 2,000mAh battery. The smartphone operates with Android OS version 4.2 (Jelly Bean), which is upgradable to version 4.4 (KitKat). However, the price is not yet disclosed by the manufacturer.

Lenovo was earlier in the news for acquiring Motorola Mobility from Google. After this acquisition, Lenovo was much expected to extend its existing smartphone line-up with new developments and additions. It seems that the Chinese manufacturer has already started making use of patents acquired with the purchase of Motorola Mobility.
