Ms. Holder holds several key positions at UMPC including Executive Vice President of UPMC, which is one of the world’s largest and most successful integrated health delivery organizations. She also leads UPMC’s Insurance Services Division, which encompasses UPMC Health Plan, Community Care Behavioral Health Organization and Work Partners. Combined, those health benefits organizations manage benefits for Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, behavioral health, employee assistance programs (EAP) and workers’ compensation programs.
