Xiaomi Mi Band 2 with an LED display to be launched on 7 June
Xiaomi is one of the largest Chinese smartphone brand, and the company has launched many innovative things including the Mi TV, Mi Drone and Yi action camera. Also it has launched its Mi Drone yesterday with 4K recording camera.
Xiaomi had teased the launch of Mi Band 2 last month, but the launch was delayed due to some production issues. Xiaomi CEO hinted about the launch of next generation Mi Band yesterday during the Mi Drone launch event. The Mi band 2 will come with an LED display which is the feature most Mi Band users wanted. Lei Jun will unveil the Mi Band 2 in Beijing on June 7, 2016 with some new features.
It is evident from the images that the Mi Band 2 has an LED Display which shows the heartbeat rate, steps walked, time, and some other things. The Mi Band is still a hot-selling product and has millions of fans around the world. Around 20 million Mi Bands have been sold worldwide so far.
