Lenovo will be announcing the launch of the Lenovo P2 smartphone for the Indian market on January 11. The smartphone was officially unveiled at the IFA 2016 last year. The Lenovo P2 will be exclusive to Flipkart, as confirmed by the teaser. Essential highlights of the Lenovo P2 include its large 5,100mAh battery, an octa-core processor, and a whopping 4GB of RAM.

Lenovo P2: Specifications
The Lenovo P2 features a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor that integrates an octa-core CPU and Adreno 506 GPU. The smartphone comes in two memory combinations: 3GB RAM/32GB storage and 4GB RAM/64GB storage. There’s a microSD card slot for storage expansion as well. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with Vibe UI skin on top of it.
In the imaging department, the Lenovo P2 features a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, a dual-tone LED flash, and 1080p video recording. The front-facing camera has a resolution of 5 megapixels. Connectivity options include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS (with A-GPS and GLONASS), a microUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It packs in a large 5,100mAh battery with support for fast charging technology.
Lenovo P2: Pricing & Availability
The smartphone is available in Champagne Gold and Graphite Gray colors. Pricing and other details about the Lenovo P2 for the Indian market will be known on January 11, 2017. The smartphone might be priced around $293 for the 32GB variant, while the 64GB might be priced around $359 in the country.
