Gin Baubles Encourage You to Decorate the Christmas Tree with Gin-Filled Ornaments

There’s very little to dislike about Christmas: food, presents, days off work — all for the low price of having to spend the holidays with relatives (some you may not have even knew existed). While it can be fun meeting new family members, some would prefer to have less social interaction during the only time of year they can manage get away from people for more than a couple of days.

Pickering’s Gin Baubles are no trip to Hawaii, but they might numb the pain of having to deal with the family dinner you have to attend. These plastic Christmas ornaments are filled with the biggest cheer you could imagine: alcohol.

Each bauble contains 50ml of Pickering’s Gin – enough to make you tipsy but not enough to cause a scene in front of your family. While they do come in a box of six colors, it might be best to place these near the top of your tree and away from underage hands or pets.

One pack of these happy hour holiday ornaments costs roughly $40, which is pretty expensive considering they don’t come with refills. At least you can fill them with something more festive once you’ve drunk the gin. Eggnog, perhaps?
