LG V30 Signature Edition announced with 6-inch QHD+ OLED display and 6GB RAM
LG has announced it’s the latest smartphone, the “LG V30 Signature Edition smartphone” exclusively for the Korean market. The handset, however, retains all the specifications of the earlier announced LG V30 which is now offering a zirconium ceramic back cover preventing it from all the scratches. The Signature Edition is indeed the premium one considering it resembles, as well it’s pricing, which is said to be around $1800. LG also claims that it will sell only 300 models of the phone which will start selling later this month. Additionally, the brand also has promised to provide a wired and wireless pair of B&O headphones along with this large package.
Describing the specs of the LG V30 Signature Edition further, it sports a 6-inch QHD+ OLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 835 chipset which packs in 6GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage. It runs Android 8.0 Oreo-based MG UX 6.0+ out-of-the-box and also offers a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. Significantly the handset is IP68 water and dust resistant certified, and it also has got a 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC and a Wireless charging support.
On the camera front, you do get a 16-megapixel + 13-megapixel rear-facing cameras with an OIS, EIS and PDAF. At the front, the selfie shooter is of 5-megapixel which has gained a f/2.2 aperture lens. Connectivity-wise it is offering a Dual-SIM support along with 4G VoLTE, WI-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and a headphone jack.
