That being said, nodules can appear at any part of the skin and not necessarily face.

Pustules
They are very common and are filled with pus-fluid. The bumps caused by chickenpox or whiteheads are also categorized as pustules. There are other conditions as well that can lead to the generation of pustules on the skin like, rosacea and scabies.
Birthmarks
As the name suggests, birthmarks are moles or marks that appear on the skin shortly after the birth or during the birth that can vary in color, shape, size, and appearance.
Skin cancer
The most critical condition of Blemishes is skin cancer. This can range in different types of shapes and colors. Some of them may be yellow others may be dark or red.
