Why Did NASA Do Only Two Wet Chemistry Experiments on Mars?

No results were ever published for the two experiments done with wet chemistry on Mars. Mars rover Curiosity was supposed to do ten such experiments, but only 2 experiments were done in the last eight years. Isn’t that strange?

Added on July 10, 2020: Answer to the Question at Top
Answer: Because 1) NASA hopes to delay the discovery of past complex life on Mars; 2) wet chemistry experiments are not available in Mars 2020 (Perseverance). ExoMars (of Europe) may have instruments for such experiments, but ExoMars has been delayed to 2022. As a result, NASA has to conserve the use of wet chemistry experiments in order to tease people for sample return from Mars in 2026.

The basic truth: The discovery of complex past life on Mars will discredit numerous scientists, although the discovery will bring much money to NASA.
