Computer Geeks and Nerds can let people know what Applications (apps) and Computer programs to disable on their device (Cellphone, Tablet, Labtop, Desktop Computer) to protect themselves from hackers (invasion from their device). 

You should disable All Xbox (“Game bar”) functions (no recording, no mouse capture, etc.) Clean and erase your device apps and programs often. Don’t sleep with it in your bed. Don’t leave it on all night. Use it as a tool only. Get on, do what you have to do, Then get off!

You Don’t Know How Advance THEY Really Are!

Children should not have access to any technology over an extended period. Remove all their Cellphones and get a Landline Phone.. Limit their interaction with computers. Place a desktop computer in the family room or kitchen and let them do their work on it from there. Print out anything for reading later. THEN go outside, sit in the yard or at the park, read and play with each other. They are being mind mapped indoors and by their computer devices and video games. Get Outside Back into Nature!
