For many hobbyists, splitting a model is not actually the hardest part. The greater challenge is designing connection structures that allow all of the printed parts to fit together correctly.
Traditional workflows often require exporting the model into CAD software to manually create pins, sockets, mortise-and-tenon joints, or articulated connections. Small dimensional errors can easily result in failed assemblies.

Several hours later, a complete set of mecha components emerged from the printer. The head, torso, arms, legs, and weapon systems were produced as individual parts and assembled using the automatically generated connection structures.
The result was not simply another model—it was an entirely original character brought into existence through a workflow that compressed concept generation, modeling, manufacturing preparation, and print optimization into a single platform.
