Volt Carbon reports Q3 2026 results, advances graphite and graphene commercialization
Volt Carbon Technologies has reported its Q3 2026 financial results alongside updates on its commercialization progress. For the quarter, Volt Carbon reported revenue of C$4,945 (about US$3,485) and a net loss of C$805,930 (about US$568,000), which included C$432,433 (about US$305,000) in non-cash stock compensation.
The company said it received approximately US$4.1 million in purchase orders during the quarter, the bulk of it from an agreement with Northern Ore Resources for toll-processing 40,000 tons of vermiculite, representing a minimum of US$4 million in annual processing revenue; an additional roughly US$90,000 came from battery technology and services work.
