How To PrePare Beans To Be Less "Musical" By Marjory Wildcraft

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

I’ve got a short video for you that will show you how to prepare beans to reduce the more ‘musical’ effects they sometimes have.

My body certainly has problems digesting these foods.  Beans and grains are seeds, and in this video you’ll understand why being ‘hard to digest’ is very important to the seeds, and actually a part of thier plan.

I’ll show you how to bypass the seeds defenses and unlock extra nutrition at the same time.

Beans and grains make fantastic backup food supplies as they are very compact sources of calories and nutrition with a long shelf life.

And, I will be completely honest in that I generally don’t make them a major part of my diet as I prefer to eat more primally (If you haven’t heard of the primal diet, I’ll explain that in an future email – leave me a note in the comments section at the website so I can guage the interest level).

Here is the link to see todays video:

The number one rule in backup food supplies is to store only what you eat.  I regularly violate this particular rule when it come beans and grains.  I actaully store a lot more beans and grains than I or my family normally consumes.  Partly because they are some of the least expensive and easiest calories to store.  And partly because I like to think of the extra buckets of beans as ‘catastrophic’ insurance.  I also figure I can give them away or trade them.  And of course, a final resort is to make them into animal feed.

Check out todays video, and as always, I love getting your comments.  ctually,A the comments you are posting are sometimes more informative than my original topic, which is awesome!

PS:, I almost forgot – I’ll be on Coast to Coast AM again this Saturday evening.  I’ll be doing a show with John B. Wells on how to find the perfect survival retreat.  I hope I can keep my wits about me – John’s voice is so deep and melodic – almost hypnotic.

PPS:  Hey, wasn’t last weeks video on how fast fire spreads amazing?  I mean, this shows how tragic it is in less than 30 seconds. If you missed that video, here it is again (it’s shocking):
