A Place For Everything
After we moved our garbage service changed. The company provided the can and it’s a lot larger than our old ones. We didn’t really have a great place to put it and it didn’t fit between the two garage doors. I’m very OCD and it really needed its own spot.
He measured the can and dug out a space beside our driveway. Then he built a form for the concrete, knocked in rebar, and strung wire throughout to give more stability.
When he poured the concrete, he shaped it to allow water to flow away from the house. When the drain pipe from the gutter flows, it still has a direct path leading away from the house. You can’t really see the difference in the pictures, but it is there.
And now we have a place for the new garbage can. And my OCD heart is happy…. I really have a great husband who understands my need to have things in order!
