Low Carb Lasagna
I look for ways to sneak in my love of lasagna while appealing to my whole family. Here’s my low carb version. It takes no time to cook up a delicious meal that your whole family will enjoy.
Layer your ricotta cheese or cottage cheese (low fat or full fat, your choice) in the bottom of an oven safe dish. Add hamburger and then tomato mixture. I alternated between the three until the meat and tomatoes were gone.
Sprinkle with a cup of mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
