Creamy Cauliflower Soup | Gluten Free & Dairy Free

There was a time when I thought my youngest was allergic to dairy (turns out it was a reaction to baby wipes, not dairy) and I worked on creating dairy-free versions of our favorite recipes. We love The Pioneer Woman’s Cauliflower Soup but I needed something dairy and gluten free; so my version, Creamy Cauliflower Soup, was born. My whole family loves it and so do my friends.
