Fake.
Why?
For one, it just looks like CGI. Craft doesn’t match the grain of the video.
For two, the “News Channel” stuff at the bottom of the screen is fake. The video cuts several times over the course of almost a minute, but the time in the bottom never changes.
For three, it has horrible suspense music overlaid with the video, which pretty much means its fake 99% of the time when its not a compilation.
Oh, and poster says it’s from March, yet it has NK missile launch imminent on it, that wasn’t on in March.
Oh and poster, you use | not a capital I to break up parts in your title.

looks CGI-ish to my uneducated eyes. They passed in front of that turret thing (sorry, my knowledge of that spot (& basically all others!) but from the size, using turret thing (I would be great as a tour guide!) they would have to be quite small!
