interesting interview .. makes me think about some things that happen when I was in the Navy stationed in San Diego.. my ship would go out and run up and down the coast of California. I worked in CIC (combat information center) and in the radio room. During a period of time we would lose all communications for about an hour in the same place no matter what time we were crossing that area. I started plotting it on a map in CIC and found that there was a very specific spot off the coast that we would lose all communications. when I showed the captain he told me to stop plotting it and forget about it and they took all my maps and destroyed them.
