It is important to recognise that the “Precambrian” is the layer of rock beneath the layer in which fully-developed fossilized lifeforms suddenly appear. As such, it is the ancestral surface of the earth. I would suggest therefore that artifact #1 is something made by the Adamic civilization which was the first to dwell on a newly-created earth.
