I saw the Jan. 12 meteor

Hi everyone. This is my first post. I just wanted to say that I was driving home on Route 107 in New Hampshire Sunday night Jan. 12 and was one of hundreds to see the fireball as it streaked across the sky with a tail. The reported times were 5:20 but I really thought the clock on my car’s dashboard may have penned it a bit earlier. But anyways, seconds before it disappeared from view, I saw what looked like sparks emminating from behind it which must have been the result of it burning up in the atmosphere. It really was a miracle that I saw it because I usually don’t get off work early enough to have seen it and it was partly cloudy. I’ve been following all the news about the debris field of comet ison so when I saw this it really made my head spin because all the accounts had stated that Jan. 12 – 13 was when we would start entering the debris field. And of course when I got home and read that it had been seen from Connecticut to Portland, Maine I knew it was the real thing.
