In March, we have some exciting events in the sky. First we must remember that on this month starts the official spring with the march equinox, dated March 20.
On March 11, the Moon will reach its apogee at a distance of Earth further than usual, at 405,367 km. at 8:47 p.m..

Also on March 22, Venus reaches the greatest angle (elongation) from the Sun, which makes the planet much longer to be observed in the sky, for the enthusiasm of those who want to observe it with or without a telescope.
The best time to observe the Moon, comes only on March 27, when it reaches its closest point to our planet. This moment is one of the best for observational astronomers who want to photograph / film details of the Moon through a telescope.
