FINAL NOTIFICATION - For those in the Coalition Forces external to Earth

I have just published the following notification on my site under The Mission which I am also, per request, publishing here in a public forum.
 
 

The Mission

 Long, long ago, I agreed to do a mission.   A very difficult and oftentimes painful mission which required great sacrifices on my part in order to collect certain pieces of vital data on the Enslaver operations, and to arrive here at this time with the data intact, recover my memories, and brief the various peoples here on what I had discovered.
 
I’ve kept my word, and much of that data is now to be found on my website, in the book, and in some recent interviews I’ve done; and that part of my agreement has now been fulfilled.
 
 
What I have been running into however, since beginning my debrief about four years ago, has been constant opposition, invalidation, suppression, and an overwhelming lack of support and reciprocal help in order to take this to the next level.
 
The truth is, I have tried several times in the past to help save this planet and the people here, and my being here at this time is merely my latest attempt.   But what I have found each time is that I never received the needed cooperation and support of others to successfully pull it off.   There is only so much a single individual can do without wide-spread support in a situation like this, and the amount of suppression and counter-intention I’ve been having to deal with and overcome on a daily basis would give pause to even the stoutest of hearts.
 
 
 
I will tell you now that I have seen civilizations destroyed on this planet before, and I have no desire to see this destructive pattern repeated yet again.   It would seem however that due to various unresolved factors, a great many here are about to repeat this once again.
 
 
Part of my mission during this particular lifetime also included investigating and uncovering what had happened with some vital spiritual rehabilitation technology which had been left here about sixty-four years ago.   That particular investigation has now been completed, and the results evaluated.   I was also tasked with pressing ahead a bit further along that path to see what would happen, and the results of that investigation have also been recorded and evaluated.
 
In the latter chapters of the book, I discussed some advanced spiritual levels beyond anything discussed on my site or in any of my interviews, but before I will release any of this additional advanced data, certain things need to occur first.   The knowledge and technology I have can only be successfully conveyed and beneficially applied and utilized if ethics are in-place beforehand, otherwise it merely becomes another weapon in the arsenal of the Enslavers used to dominate, suppress, and further enslave, and that is not why I came here.
 
 
I believe we have now arrived at a point where “outside intervention” has become an absolute necessity in order to change the course of things around here, and absent that, it would seem that I am merely wasting my time here.   However, we now run headlong into another problem which poses a rather interesting challenge…
 
 
 
 

The Make-Break Point

There is another bit of data I’ve been keeping under my belt for some time now, something I knew quite a while ago but never openly mentioned to others, as I knew the general reaction to this would not be particularly pleasant.   Specifically, it concerns the data in these two articles:

Once a person or group or society drops down below a certain level mentally, spiritually, and ethically, they will only support individuals, groups, and actions which are inherently and predominantly suppressive and destructive in nature, however this is usually masked by layers of PR, superficial “good works” and heavy avoidance and denial all the way around.
 
 
As one descends down the scale, there is a certain make-break point at which a person has accumulated so much pain and counter-intention in the process of living, that they become more focused on destruction than survival.   At a certain point, more of them is pointed downward than upward and thus anything with a downward vector is in much better alignment and harmony with the bulk of their being than something with an upward vector.
 
Below this make-break point, one’s viewpoint also becomes reversed.   Down looks up, and up looks down; black looks white, and white looks black.   At this level on the scale, help looks like a menace while enslavement appears as an old familiar friend, and thus below a certain level, a group or society as a whole will only support enslavers and their programs, and will ignore, shun, and even attack someone or something which exposes the truth and offers real solutions.
 
 
 
We can look back at a great many examples of this throughout history and wonder why the people of that time supported “leaders” who were clearly suppressive enslavers, but for some odd reason, this observation doesn’t seem to include ourselves at the present time, or our present “leaders”, and the reason for this is quite plain once one understands the basic mechanics of the mind, and the effects of implanting on beings.
 
There is also another phenomenon which often occurs when someone is suppressed very heavily such as through warfare or torture or implanting, and this could be termed the phenomenon of the ‘winning valence’.   In a struggle for survival, that thing or person which seems to have “won” in the person’s mind is often copied or emulated in an attempt to survive.
 
A person will sometimes, when suppressed very heavily below a certain point, take on the viewpoints and characteristics of their suppressor since it seems quite obviously to be stronger than self, and this is one of the basic principles of trauma-based programming.   And thus the enslaver viewpoint and mentality spreads like a virus, becoming more and more widespread until at last the group or society as a whole has taken on these basic characteristics.
 
 
 

The Dwindling Spiral

 
Since we are all immortal spiritual beings and keep coming back lifetime after lifetime after lifetime, accumulating more and more pain through successive lifetimes and implantings, any group or society which uses implanting for control of its populace is clearly doomed as the general tone of that group continues to decline, generation after generation, and century after century; dropping ever lower as time goes on.   That group or society will become locked in a downward vector, circling lower and lower with each successive cycle, and this manifests as a dwindling spiral, going ever lower, until the group, at last, finally destroys itself.
 
 
Sadly, this destructive cycle has repeated itself many, many times, and not just on this planet.
 
 
There are some who would like to believe that this particular phenomenon is unique only to Earth and the populace hereupon, but they would be sadly mistaken and only whistling past the graveyard.   This would be the basic denial mechanism at work, to pretend that something doesn’t exist so as to avoid looking at a painful area, and thus having to face it and deal with it.
 
Following the enslaver hierarchy down the line now for billions of years, I have seen this same basic pattern repeated over and over and over again – implanting has been used so heavily and widely throughout this universe that it has become a malignant cancer in many cultures and on many worlds.   The general pattern though, just like here on Earth, has been to keep it very well hidden and heavily denied, as that is the only way it can remain unviewed and intact.
 
The past four years I have spent uncovering implanting incident after implanting incident after implanting incident, and at a certain point became rather dismayed and despondent at the sheer amount of implanting which has gone on in this universe and others.   Up until now, I have kept this mostly to myself as the initial effects of confronting this situation for the first time are to drop one rapidly down in tone as it looks rather hopeless at first, and the heavy suppression from these incidents goes into restimulation.   I will tell you now that this is not a pleasant band to pass through, but with some fortitude and perseverance, it can be done.
 
 
I am bringing this out into the open now however, as the time for confronting the unpleasant truth of this has now arrived.   There can be no recovery here or anywhere else, until people are willing to face and admit the truth, as only then can all of this buried charge which we all carry around with us finally begin to discharge and our true recall and awareness rise back to the surface once again.
 
 
 
 

The Exposure

 
Understanding the above phenomena therefore, presents a rather interesting challenge if one were to seek to reverse this very long-term trend and raise the tone of an entire planet, especially one sitting at the bottom of a massive but well-hidden enslaver hierarchy.
 
As a first step, one would need to identify the key points and personnel in this hierarchy of suppression, a bit of a challenge since it is primarily hidden behind layers of front groups and well-established counterintelligence operations, but this is also where I came in to play…
 
 
If you’ve ever been on safari or a hunting expedition, then you likely understand the role of the beater.   It is their job to walk out ahead of the hunting party making a lot of racket and beating the brush with sticks.   This then serves to frighten and flush the quarry from it’s hiding place so that the hunters following up behind can see them and take their shots.
 
In terms of military operations, this would be analogous to the role of a point man.   His job is to be out in the very front, and he is typically the one who is shot at by the enemy snipers from their hidden and entrenched locations as he moves deeper and deeper into their territory.   However, when the enemy snipers are unable to hit him or take him down, they become a bit more frantic and zealous in their attempts; and with this increased activity and fervor, they begin revealing their hidden locations and network to others who are closely watching…

It would seem however, that some people just weren’t ready to listen quite yet, so I agreed to stick around a bit longer and help my teammates flush out a few more enslaver operatives and collect a bit more data, but this is the point at which things seem to have hung-up – again…
 
 
 
 

The Repeating Lies

 
For several years now, I have been getting promises of help and support, but each time, those promises always evaporated away into nothing and were never fulfilled.   This pattern has been repeated more times than I care to count, and each time I vowed never to trust them again; but then after a period of time I would calm down, would receive reassurances that what had happened was necessary and that I could trust them, and then eventually I would slowly begin to listen and trust a bit…   until it happened again.
 
This is a repeating pattern I have seen over and over and over again, and sadly, it has just happened once again.   It has become quite clear that I cannot trust them, and that as long as I allow this treasonous pattern to continue – it will.   It would seem at this point that I really don’t have any teammates I can count on to back me up on this mission after all, and I say this based on a long-established and repeating pattern of promising help and support, and then repeatedly not keeping their word and delivering on those promises.
 
Quite frankly, I’m tired of trying to help and support people who refuse to help and support me in return, and even steadfastly refuse to acknowledge me and what I’m doing here.
 
 
I know all too well that people don’t like hearing unpleasant truths and that they would far rather hear happy-sounding lies, and this is exactly why politicians and the enslavers’ “love and light” crew are so successful and widely accepted and supported.   If I had wanted to follow that same pattern, I probably could have made a small fortune with what I know and am aware of, but I chose instead to maintain my personal integrity and tell the unpleasant truths that no one else was telling, and this refusal to “play along” has certainly cost me dearly.
 
 
But the one thing it hasn’t cost me is my personal integrity and self-respect which, in the long run, is utterly priceless and beyond measure.   And perhaps, in the long run, that is one of the primary factors which has kept me in fairly good stead, kept me from completely caving-in from all of that implanting, and allowed me to rise back up again to where I am now…

●     Your integrity to yourself is more important than your body.
●     Never fear to hurt another in a just cause.
●     Be your own advisor, keep your own counsel and select your own decisions.
●     Be true to your own goals.

 
 
I wish that I didn’t have to report this, but alas, the truth is the truth.   This repeating pattern of not fulfilling their promises to me, and leaving me here to dangle in the wind with no help or support has just been repeated once again, and I suppose I have finally had my fill of it.
 
 
Also from the Code of Honor:
 
●     Never desert a comrade in need, in danger, or in trouble…
 
 
Unless there exists a group of ethical beings who will take responsibility and firm action (which quite often means the willingness and ability to use force) to actually put in ethics on those higher level boards as well as on those below; and who will also support others who are working on that same goal, there really isn’t any point to my mission here, no point to my remaining here, and even, no point in playing this entire game at all.
 
Unless I have teammates whom I can trust and who will keep their word to me, nothing will really change – here or anywhere else – and I finally had to confront that rather unpleasant fact.
 
Without true ethics and justice being put in, the course of this civilization and many, many others will continue on down the dwindling spiral they’ve been on for a very long time now regardless of anything I or anyone else may do or say or expose to view.
 
 

“Unless there is something to free man into, the act of freeing is simply a protest against slavery.”
 
 
“The first thing [we've] got to do is put in ethics on a planetary level.”
 
“Unless we can get ethics in at this level, we ought to quit trying.”

 
 
But justice is a group activity, and can only be truly trusted and properly meted out when it is in the hands of a group of ethical and sane beings who are not being secretly driven by hidden implants to suppress and destroy others.
 
When it isn’t, you wind up the type of inverted justice we currently see on this planet where ethical and decent people are secretly suppressed, falsely set-up, coerced, threatened, kidnapped, imprisoned, tortured, and murdered because they pose a threat to various criminals sitting in seats of power; where prisons are run for profit; and where the planet is secretly maneuvered into continuous warfare because it is so very profitable for so many.
 
And you also get the type of inverted justice where people are shipped off to “reeducation” centers for implanting, and where beings are shipped off to prison planets and continuously cycled through between-lives implanting operations to keep them suppressed and unaware and imprisoned so that the corrupt politicos of that other planet no longer have to deal with them.
 
 
The condition of Treason is defined as “Betrayal after Trust” and there is just a single step for handling that condition:
 

“Find out that you are.”
