By law any thing being hauled including anything has to be at least lit up. To cover it up means risking a possible accident. Imagine a accident involving a UFO, where a Semi-Rig hits the train causing a derailment. Now u got a wrecked UFO< involving a semi, and a whole @%*%(*!^ of reporters and people with cameras. Sometimes the best thing too do is too run something like that for real in the open, take all precautions, rather than conceal it. Besides we all know that the Illuminatti is about too stage something anyway involving Aliens, maybe this is a pre-lude to that.
