Space and Quakes (busy start)

Asteroids: Well looks like we had one that was not seen till it was passing us yesterday. The asteroid (2016 QA2) passed yesterday at a distance of 0.2(LD), that is about 76,800km. The information I see still only shows the asteroid on September 30th but as you can see that can change at anytime.

Solar Winds: A stream of solar wind could reach Earth on August 30 – 31.

Sunspots: Sunspots AR2582-2583 are crackling with minor C-class solar flares. There is a 5% chance of M-class eruptions on August 29 – 31, but are not directly Earth facing and should have little if any effect.

C-class flares are minor and M-class flares are medium.

Earthquakes: There has been 12 quakes of 4+ and 2 quakes of 5+ in the last 12 hours. There was also 4 quakes in St. Helena, Georgetown 7 hours ago that were 7.1 — 6.9 — 6.8 — 7.4 magnitude.

4 – 4.9 are Light / 5 – 5.9 are Moderate / 6 – 6.9 are Strong / 7 – 7.9 are Major
