Space and Quakes (Tsunami)

Asteroids: There are no asteroids under 10LD for August and only 1 for late September at this time.

Solar Winds: A CIR should be hitting the Earth today followed by a stream of solar wind on August 20th. Both of these should cause some G1-class geomagnetic storms.

Sunspots: Three of the sunspots will rotate off the solar disk soon, leaving only one, but none pose a threat for strong flares at this time.

Planets: If you step outside tonight just after sunset you should be able to see Venus, Mercury and Jupiter in the twilight sky.

Earthquakes: There has been 10 quakes of 4+, 6 quakes of 5+ and 2 quakes of 7+ magnitude in the last 12 hours. Two hours ago a Tsunami was observed in the Caribbean Sea from a 7.4 quake in the Falkland Island.
