A Q Disclosure What Is a Q Clearance?

Hi all.

I make no claim to authority on the subject nor do I have any information not commonly attainable through casual research.

I have had some experience with classified information in the past.

What I write about today is a common misconception that seems to have pervaded the online mindspace.

That Idea is that an individual or group has an unrestricted access to the whole of all actions taken in a private manner. The mythical Q as in the novel the Q clearance.

Operations planners and security assay personnel work together in the early stages of any undertaking to segment critical information into unrelated blocks.

These blocks are then distributed across the work pool in a manner that no one in the pool has even a segment of the big picture. This segmentation takes place without the constructor and planners knowledge so that uplign is unaware of what down line has in possession.

When I was a child my father worked on the Minuteman Missile project as a screw buyer and metallurgist for one of the subcontractors.

A couple of times while the family was vacationing my father would need to visit specific installations and manufacturing locations for the Atlas missiles. As a toddler and kindergartner I went along with him. I have stood in the nose cone of a nuclear missile. Also I got to look up the SILO from the bottom both empty and armed. 

My father had the Q clearance but that only cleared him to request access to specific information on a need to know basis. This is called CNWDI under the DOE Q clearance.
I remember that his books and notes all had individual certifications and signature boxes next to each paragraph of information. Since he was also looking at the metallurgical properties of the fasteners that he specified he also had access to special nuclear material. But the majority of each page was blacked out or white if ZEROX just the paragraphs he was allowed to read were visible and required that he sign the top sheet through carbon paper that they kept. Then he and I would sit in a locked room while he read the documents and then the package including his notes was given to the Security Officer on staff.

Later while I was at school I studied high energy physics with the intent of becoming a nuclear controller of a power plant. While at school we would get cleared each week for the following weeks courseware. When we did LABS everything was so tightly controlled you could not have known anything at all around you. In fact we signed documents that indicated Federal Prison for even talking to each other during the classes.

With Carter our country lost the will to become entirely self supported with nuclear energy to provide all of our stationary needs and USA oil and coal to provide our mobile energy needs. He signed into law an order that stopped the production of new power plants and refineries. I joined the military.

After training I was a Telecom Control Specialist O4 and detached to one of the agencies.
My job was to secure the source, Chain of Custody, and destination of classified information. This is as close as you will ever get to having a bigger part of the picture. To police us and keep us honest the OSI and FBI continuously investigated us including sting operations. The idea was that we would slip up if nefarious sail through if honest.
For 13 years I worked off and on at various secure facilities and with classified materials.

Having been previously detached from DOD I would work at various DOE and GSAT contractors while waiting to finish my commission. During this time I also had civilian DOE Clearance for the specific information necessary to complete a specific task. DARPA paid over half my salary to the contractors I worked for.

I worked for some companies in the Naval, AF Satcom, GSAT, Signals and other areas. While at one company I used my prior knowledge and clearance to construct small nuclear radiation emitter (BETA) devices used to reduce static on electronic assembly lines. This civilian JOB gave me a Nuclear Regulatory Certification and a SAPS designation under the DOE clearance. But I did not have access to anything not specifically related to specific information necessary to complete the task. Even so far as there was YAG laser equipment close enough for me to alert the project manager. In my opinion there was a hazard that was unforeseen with the proximity of the two devices. This was handled by a different engineer from me and I was not informed to ensure compartmentalization.

I got into computers at a very young age and my exposure from childhood and my experience working with communications put me in some shithole places through the years. Ollie North is a fine soldier but not the commander. During this time AUTOSEVOCOM was made transportable. This is the earliest use of encrypted data in the way we think of it now. Prior to this period CODE was used to transmit and receive info. After this change to portability CODE become less of a common place thing as the information needed to be succinct. (Unlike this article) It is also the point when it became possible to intercept ALL communications on the planet. Our agencies went to congress to try and expand their scope to include this data. Congress refused but allotted the IDEA of a FISA court to be used. So like any problem solver would we simply moved signals processing to England and bought the information from them.  

This caused the creation of a new beast, in prior years DITTY-BOPS as they we called them, listened in to radio transmission and FBI guys listened in on Plain old Phone conversation. But with the advent of the consumer facsimile and vocom the data had to be exported to be intercepted. The information analyst was created this is a guy who is given a group of intercepts and tries to correlate the data. The problem here is, in order to keep these guys honest, at first the OSI and FBI monitored them. Then a second beast was created the Security Analyst these guys unknowingly worked after the information analysts. In the mid 1980s a very clever group figured out something called Heuristics that allowed synopsis and correlation to be ranked by relevance. <–GOOGLE / Apple
The Security Analyst became the new hire and the information analyst went automated these guys are intentionally given mind skewing information that makes them insane (Complete Suspension of disbelief) And in every case I know of these guys are certain and absolutely believe the dream world constructed for them. The Security Coordinator usually a Shrink filters the actual data out to command and manages the delusional. 
In recent years the Security Analyst has been replaced by the “Algorithm” and now the Security Coordinators work product is managed through Security Specialists and a Security Manager handles the SHRINK portion. This is how you get the Ed Snowden types << He is a work product.

The Q anon account was created by a few of these Security and Project managers but they lost control of the account after a few days. In short terms Q is COBRA.

As you can see NO Body actually knows what the hell is going on, what is real and what is construct. This is where the idea of needing omniscience comes in as a practical solution rather than a despotic one. So if your a smart proud fellow that has spent 20 years or so in intelligence you assume that you have a pretty good idea of what is real or not. << Human nature
But the truth is you are clueless because even your truth has been a lie and what you believe is not reality. But you are certain that if you knew you could figure it out completely so you seek more knowledge. <<==Sophos the bearer of Lucifer
It is these very people that seek to employ omniscience in the quest for knowledge.
While they desire grows the authors of the profane that seeded the minds of the Specialist become aware not enlightened but aware.
This state of awareness lets them see glimpse of reality but not the whole picture. they see that many things that they falsified have become reality through the belief of their victims.
They see a tendency or probability coalesce into reality. This is the power of GOD manifest but at their awareness level it is unreliable and often incomplete. Their misunderstanding and their reliance on the Technology has made them victims of their own fallacy. So in their quest for apotheosis they construct a greater technology one that is not limited by the rules of our reality to peer into the future. With the hope that they can absolutely predict and quantify their own actions to create reality to their intent.
This quest requires capitol in our society so they ally with those in power promising the distorted vision of their own fallacy. 

All of the meta collection and NDAA authorized spying on everything is not to solve and crimes but an attempt to become omniscient by foolish people.

All this metaphysical stuff is actual and it is how EVIL has influenced a very simple idea of mutual trust. Our entire world society is operating on a defunct theory of “trust but verify” and more recently the logical progression “mutual self trust”. The author John Nash a cryptographer of renown, published his analysis of the human condition called Normalized Equilibrium. He won a noble prize. This became basis for game theory with his inability to understand compassion and empathy he missed the idea of collaboration and parental love as motivators and instead based the whole concept on self interest.

Once you adopt the “trust but verify” any number of methods can raise specious arguments to produce doubt. (I think this is part of TDS) The concept of mutual distrust or mutual self trust was put forward into blockchain smart contracts in summer of 2013. I know the developers, I would not associate with one because he was a pedophile the other is an anti-theist. The concept of interacting with untrustworthy people is unethical.

Some people in another quest for just indexing what is known have seen the same effect of false information sometimes being manifest. As they see the effect start by thinking they can run away from it by censoring anything that does not conform to their sense of reality. While the false information most often is unintentional it is sometimes a spark of enlightenment that illuminates a existing fallacy. So while knowledge beyond conformity is stifled the dark fallacy grows. 
In this group there were few that witnessed these changes in reality and rationalized away creating the term False Memory Syndrome. <–Mandela Effect 
Out of this group also came the more modern concept of the realization of a hive mind.< borg The hive mind as a possibility has been around for a long time. I think it was in a 1950s movie about BGirls. Anyway this is where the recently fallacy of popularity follows validity and the logical inversion popular is valid.
So the Google types see something a little different about reality, and the Classified types see the same thing in a different way neither can figure it out. 

On came the noncontributing self appointed managers of all they perceive. These folks do not even see what I am talking about they just know that the guys at Google see something and the Guys at NSA see something. Well both of these guys probably can set up their wifi so the managers will be smarter by manipulating them into doing what the megalomaniacs want.

This is where the original Q came from the desire to manipulate. What ever has developed is no more than one group’s desire to pacify the public and the true believers desire to manifest what they wish to be real. But even those desires are being manipulated to expose the public to the same group of fallacy designed to make the Security Specialist insane in the first place.

So what is reality?
Some things I have learned by going to the places and figuring them out first hand.
This state of advancement of our technological society is not the pinnacle of even my time on earth.
There have been 4 previous global societies that came from this planet and ended here.
There has been at least one of those that became interplanetary they interacted with beings not of our solar system.
Some time after that friendly interaction something from below outside our current frame of reference influenced and caused that society to self destruct.
Some in this present society are interacting with the outsiders again.
We are each and everyone of the humans on this planet interacting with and fundamentally changing reality on the fly.
There is an error correction effect from above outside of our reality with greater energy than our whole of reality.
Major things are changing and we are directly changing the reality of them.

There are no false memories only failed timelines and dimensional references. Case in point I carry deep tissue scars and bone fractures from injuries that my record or my skin does not show. Some people call this the Mandela effect I am not sure what it is called with physical evidence of a change.

The big enchilada we are in a battle between the entity that set out the matrix of all of realities inclusive and that caused us to exist verses another lesser creation that seeks to destroy us. The creator I know as Abwûn d’bwaschmâja (Aramaic) (that which the spectrum and life come from.) We are the NefTali (Aramaic) (verb not noun  the creating of the creator as apposed to Nephialem Creation of the Creation of God)( Wrong transliteration is Sons of God)
In more modern language on a plane of all that exists there is a set of patterns (psi, phi, etc) in the energy of that plane. That energy collides and detracts across infinite directions these nodal points are us in existence. When each of us intends to interact with any part of that existence we send out additional diffractions and reflections that interact with all others doing the same. This orchestra of waves was intended from the start and will last forever. Long after the energy has dissipated the information will remain. There is in this creation a counter wave that we generated by free will that cancels out our very ethereal substance.
This contrary wave has intelligence because we have intelligence and it promises dominance while it causes decline. The creator seeks a peer in his company we are an attempt including all other societies of his creation. I am certain of his success and know that I am eternal in his realm we all already are. 
We need only stand up and make things right as we intend and do, with this effort the counter force declines to nothing and we come into actual harmony like a perfect orchestra.
