Proof From Luke that Messiah taught the Old Testament and His Father is the God of the Old Testament 2

Luk 2:21  And when eight days were fulfilled to circumcise the child His name was called Jesus, the name called by the angel before He was conceived in the womb. 
Luk 2:22  And when the days of her cleansing according to the Law of Moses were fulfilled, they took Him up to Jerusalem to present Him to the Lord, 
Luk 2:23  as it has been written in the Law of the Lord: Every male opening a womb shall be called holy to the Lord; Ex. 13:2 
Luk 2:24  and to offer a sacrifice according to that said in the Law of the Lord, a pair of turtledoves, or two nestlings of doves. Lev. 12:8 

So today’s article begins in the second chapter of Luke and we see that Mary the mother and Joseph the step- father of Messiah are keeping with not just TRADITIONS, but doing what the OLD TESTAMENT COMMANDMENTS TOLD THEM TO DO.  There is more that we can see from this as well.  They were poor.  If they had been wealthy the offering would have been a lamb or goat, but because they were poor, they brought instead the two doves as an offering to Father YHWH AS HE TOLD THEM TO DO IN HIS COMMANDMENTS.

  Even the author of the book tells us this:

Luk 2:39  And as they finished all things according to the Law of the Lord, they returned to Galilee, to Nazareth their city. 

So they did everything according to the LAW OF YHWH and then returned home.

Luk 2:52  And Jesus progressed in wisdom and stature and favor before God and men. see 1 Sam. 2:26 

Again the prophecy of the Messiah, whose name would have been called by his mother Yahushua and translated as Joshua properly into English, this time from a book of History written by Samuel at the time of the first kings of ISRAEL.  A man who WORSHIPED YHWH and who was given knowledge of Messiah to come by YHWH.  One of the authors of the OLD TESTAMENT.

Luk 3:3  And he came into the neighborhood of the Jordan proclaiming a baptism of repentance for remission of sins, 
Luk 3:4  as it has been written in the scroll of the Words of Isaiah the prophet, saying: “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare the way of the Lord, make His paths straight. 
Luk 3:5  Every valley shall be filled up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked places shall be made into straight, and the rough into smooth ways;” 
Luk 3:6  ”and all flesh shall see the salvation of God.” Isaiah 40:3-5 

Here we see the author of this book Luke quoting the OLD TESTAMENT SCRIPTURES.  He knows THE OLD TESTAMENT, and believes THE OLD TESTAMENT, because the  GOD OF THE OLD TESTMENT, YHWH IS THE GOD THAT HE WORSHIPS AND THAT SENT HIS SON MESSIAH TO HIM.

Luk 3:21  And it happened, in the baptizing of all the people, Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened; 
Luk 3:22  and the Holy Spirit came down in a bodily form as a dove upon Him. And there was a voice out of Heaven, saying, You are My Son, the Beloved; in You I have been delighting. Psa. 2:7; Gen 22:2; Isa. 42:1 

This same action was told about in both of the previous books that I wrote articles about . HERE AGAIN WE SEE THE GOD OF THE OLD TESTAMENT TEACHING FROM IT WHILE PROCLAIMING HIS DELIGHT IN HIS SON.  Mr. Vose please open your eye to the truth that even in the declaration of His Father there is proof of who this GOD IS…. the GOD WHO INSPRED THE OLD TESTAMENT WRITERS.

Luk 3:23  And Jesus Himself was beginning to be about thirty years old, being, as was supposed, the son of Joseph, the son of Heli, 
Luk 3:24  the son of Matthat, the son of Levi, the son of Melchi, the son of Janna, the son of Joseph, 
Luk 3:25  the son of Mattathias, the son of Amos, the son of Nahum, the son of Esli, the son of Naggai, 
Luk 3:26  the son of Maath, the son of Mattathias, the son of Semei, the son of Joseph, the son of Judah, 
Luk 3:27  the son of Joannas, the son of Rhesa, the son of Zerubbabel, the son of Shealtiel, the son of Neri, 
Luk 3:28  the son of Melchi, the son of Addi, the son of Cosam, the son of Elmodam, the son of Er, 
Luk 3:29  the son of Joses, the son of Eliezer, the son of Jorim, the son of Matthat, the son of Levi, 
Luk 3:30  the son of Simeon, the son of Judah, the son of Joseph, the son of Jonan, the son of Eliakim, 
Luk 3:31  the son of Melea, the son of Menan, the son of Mattatha, the son of Nathan, the son of David, 
Luk 3:32  the son of Jesse, the son of Obed, the son of Boaz, the son of Salmon, the son of Nahshon, 
Luk 3:33  the son of Amminadab, the son of Aram, the son of Hezron, the son of Pharez, the son of Judah, 
Luk 3:34  the son of Jacob, the son of Isaac, the son of Abraham, the son of Terah, the son of Nahor, 
Luk 3:35  the son of Serug, the son of Reu, the son of Peleg, the son of Eber, the son of Salah, 
Luk 3:36  the son of Cainan, the son of Arphaxad, the son of Shem, the son of Noah, the son of Lamech, 
Luk 3:37  the son of Methuselah, the son of Enoch, the son of Jared, the son of Mahalaleel, the son of Cainan; 
Luk 3:38  son of Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God. 

I include this because all these men were worshjpers of YHWH, Some are recorded as in the OLD TESTAMENT as being WORSHIPERS OF YHWH as well.

Luk 4:4  And Jesus answered to him, saying, It has been written: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every Word of God.” Deut. 8:3 

I will leave us with this quote from the mouth of Messiah and He is quoting from the LAW OR COMMADMENTS OF YWHW, BECAUSE HE KNOWS THEM AND LIKE HIS PARENTS HE LIVES BY THEM.  HE KNOWS HIS HEAVENLY FATHER AND THE BOOK AND COMMANDMENTS OF HIS HEAVENLY FATHER YHWH AND KEEPS EVERY JOT AND TITTLE OF THE LAW BECAUSE HE LOVES HIS FATHER YHWH AND WANTS HIM TO BE PLEASED WITH HIM.

The same reason we should.  I am getting up and doing these studies in the Word every day not just to prove to people thruth, but because I love those people even when they say and do stupid things.  I love Mr. Vose and am very concerned for his soul and the souls of those who listen to him .  I know YHWH and I know that He is concerned as well.  Please listen to Father YHWH and read His book of the OLD TESTAMENT.  Ask Him to help you and He will show you His truth.
