Proof From Luke that Messiah taught the Old Testament and His Father is the God of the Old Testament 4

Luk 4:4  And Jesus answered to him, saying, It has been written: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every Word of God.” Deut. 8:3 

So this was where we left off Messiah was telling the adversary that man lives by every WORD OF YHWH.  What Word was He speaking of?  The Torah and the Prophets, the books of History and the Psalms.  Those were the books that over and over and over we see Messiah knew from His heart, that he quoted to people over and over and over.  At that time there were few scrolls, and those were kept in the synagogue and places of teaching.  People did not have access and most could not actually read from the text due to illiteracy.  But Messiah knew all the Words by heart. EVERY ONE OF THEM.  He recalled them and spoke them over and over and over to the people.

Messiah in his interaction with the adversary who quotes the Psalms to Messiah only tells him THE WORDS THAT CAME DIRECTLY FROM HIS FATHER YHWH, THE COMMANDMENTS. AND THOSE PARTICULARLY FROM THE 6TH CHAPTER OF DEUTERONOMY:

Luk 4:12  And answering, Jesus said to him, It has been said: “You shall not tempt the Lord your God.” Deut. 6:16 

After the “temptation”, Messiah goes into a synagogue and reads from the scrolls this portion of scripture:

Luk 4:18  ”The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me. Because of this He anointed Me to proclaim the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me” to heal the brokenhearted, “to proclaim remission to captives, and to the blind to see again,” to send away the ones being crushed, in remission, 
Luk 4:19  ”to preach an acceptable year of the Lord.” Isa. 61:1, 2 

He stops mid sentence and does tell the second half of this portion.  Here is the whole scripture for you to see what He left out.

:Isa 61:1  The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is on Me, because Jehovah has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the meek. He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives, and complete opening to the bound ones; 
Isa 61:2  to proclaim the acceptable year of Jehovah, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; 
Isa 61:3  to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of the spirit of infirmity, so that one calls them trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, in order to beautify Himself. 

NOTE FIRST WHOSE SPIRIT IN ON MESSIAH AS STATED BY ISAIAH.

THE SPIRIT OF YHWH , THAT IS WHAT SPIRIT IS IN HIM ON HIM AND WHO HIS FATHER IS AND HE IS PROCLAIMING THAT TO ALL THE PEOPLE IN GALILEE THAT DAY.

What He didn’t tell is when He shall come again and implement the second portion of this text : THE DAY OF VENGENCE OF YHWH.  And it is coming dear ones.  To all who deny the CREATOR and HIS SON and THEIR WORDS AND TEACHINGS.   I fear it is close at hand and will be upon us soon.  I am mourning and I pray that soon my tears will be dried and that those who deny the Father YHWH and Messiah’s RIGHTS TO TELL US HOW TO LIVE ACCORDING TO HIS WAYS WILL NOT BE BLINDED TO HIM ANY MORE.

Back to what was happening with Messiah. 

So He goes into not just one synagogue but all the synagoges in Gallilee and teaches the KINGDOM OF YHWH the gospel.  Then this is what the Word of Luke tells us in the next chapter:

Luk 5:1  And it happened that the crowd was pressing on Him to hear the Word of God. And He was standing by Lake Gennesaret. 

He was TEACHING THE WORDS OF YHWH, THE TORAH, THE PROPHETS, THE PSALMS, THE HISTORIES OF THE OLD TESTAMENT. and the people wanted more .

I want more. More of the WORDS FROM OUR FATHER YHWH.  MORE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING IN THEM.  MORE OF HOW TO LIVE ACCORDING TO HIS INSTRUCTION AND HOW TO TELL OTHERS HIS TRUTH.  

I pray that you do as well.  

Trust in Father YHWH.  Know that His Way is TRUE AND GOOD.  Repent from your egotisical thought that you know better than He and bend to His Will.  Live according to His commandments and KNOW that His SON did it and that you can strive to do it as well.
