Proof From Luke that Messiah taught the Old Testament and His Father is the God of the Old Testament 6

 Continuing to show how Messiah used and quoted by heart the OLD TESTAMENT throughout his ministry. 

Luk 7:22  And answering, Jesus said to them, Going, report to John what you saw and heard; that blind ones are seeing again, lame ones are walking about, leprous ones are being cleansed, deaf ones are hearing, dead ones are being raised, poor ones are preached the Gospel. Isa. 35:5, 6; 61:1 

Isa 35:5  Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf opened. 
Isa 35:6  Then the lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb shall sing. For waters shall break out in the wilderness, and streams in the desert. 

Isa 61:1  The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is on Me, because Jehovah has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the meek. He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives, and complete opening to the bound ones; 

So did Messiah say to this young man who was from John some random words in a sentence?  Or did He sent to John the scripture and the proof of who He was from those scriptures?  It was YHWH that Isaiah worshiped .  It was YHWH that told Isaiah what to write.  It was YHWH that brought forth Messiah at the time and place that He did so.  It was YHWH who guided Him and sent to Him His Spirit of Truth.  

And from His heart Messiah again speaks:

Luk 7:27  This is he about whom it has been written: “Behold, I send My messenger” before Your face, who “will prepare Your way before You.” Mal. 3:1 

Mal 3:1  Behold, I am sending My messenger, and He will clear the way before Me. And the Lord whom you are seeking shall suddenly come to His temple, even the Angel of the Covenant, in whom you delight. Behold, He comes, says Jehovah of Hosts. 

The Angel of THE COVENANT.  The angel of the agreement.  What was the agreement?  The agreement began with Abraham and it said if Abrahm did what YHWH said to do and worshiped only YHWH then YHWH would bless him and keep him and increase his seed to include many nations.

When YHWH made an agreement with Israel the decendants of Abraham, He said the same thing.  If you do what I tell you to do, go where I send you and worship no other gods but me, then I will bless you and through you all the nations of the world will be blessed.  

The flip side of that covenant for both was this.  If you don’t then you will be cursed. Why the curse?  Because in and of itself worshiping ANY GOD BUT THE ONE TRUE GOD IS A CURSE. You are accepting an EVIL SPIRIT AS YOUR GOD, IF YOU ARE NOT WORSHIPING THE ONE TRUE GOD AND CREATOR, YHWH.  That defines cursed.

Knowing this, I cannot say that everyone will have truth and understanding.  For what some percieve and short coming is only part of the entire plan for YHWH.  His love does extend to the whole world.  There is more to life that this plane of existance.  There is more to life that this time of flesh.  Father declared things to be a certain way and they will be that way because He never lies.  It will come to pass as He said it would.  That means that the way to truth is narrow and few find it.  For a good reason.  

Luk 8:10  And He said, To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest in parables, that seeing they might not see, and hearing, they might not understand. Isa. 6:9 

Isa 6:9  And He said, Go and say to this people, Hearing you hear, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. 
Isa 6:10  Make the heart of this people fat, and make his ears heavy, and shut his eyes, that he not see with his eyes, and hear with his ears, and understand with his heart, and turn back, and one heals him. 
Isa 6:11  Then I said, Until when, O Lord? And He said, Until cities lie desolate without one living in them, and the houses without man, and the land is laid waste, a desolation; 
Isa 6:12  and until Jehovah has sent mankind far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great. 
Isa 6:13  But yet a tenth shall be in it, and it shall return and be consumed like the terebinth and like the oak that in being felled yet has its stump (the holy seed is its stump). 

that is the hope we are given that when the destruction comes, not just David Vose, but all those men who were conspiring against Messiah and all the men who today never even think about God, and all the men from the time of the flood of Noah will ALL, EVERY STINKING ONE OF THEM, will do what?

Isa 45:18  For so says Jehovah, Creator of the heavens; He is God, forming the earth and making it; He makes it stand, not creating it empty, but forming it to be lived in. I am Jehovah, and there is none else. 
Isa 45:19  I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth. I did not say to Jacob’s seed, Seek Me in vain. I Jehovah speak righteousness, declaring right things. 
Isa 45:20  Gather yourselves and come; draw near together, escaped ones of the nations; the ones who set up the wood of their carved image, and the ones who pray to a god who cannot save; they know nothing. 
Isa 45:21  Declare and bring near; yea, let them consult together. Who has revealed this of old; who has told it from then? Is it not I, Jehovah? And there is no God other than Me; a just God and a Savior; there is none except Me. 
Isa 45:22  Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other. 
Isa 45:23  I have sworn by Myself, the Word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that to Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. 
Isa 45:24  He shall say, Only in Jehovah do I have righteousness and strength; to Him he comes; and they are ashamed, all who are angry with Him. 
Isa 45:25  In Jehovah all of the seed of Israel shall be justified, and shall glory. 

SO WHAT WILL THEY KNOW AND WHAT WILL THEY DO?

THEY WILL KNOW THAT YHWH IS THE ONLY TRUE GOD AND THEN THEY WILL BOW THEIR KNEE TO HIM AND WORSHIP HIM FOREVER.

For those of you who can see and who are blessed to understand the Word.  Come out of the Babylonian lies completely and  wholely and do what Father said to do so that He can truly bless you and allow you to be this stump , this ten percent, this called out overcomer.  The elect, the remnant.  His chosen few.
