Proof From Matthew that Messiah taught the Old Testament and His Father is the God of the Old Testament/ 2

Wonderfully again we start this article with Father through Messiah giving us the explanation that Dave needs from Him,  The perfect example of what Messiah was doing and teaching to those Jews in Judah.

Mat 15:4  For God commanded, saying, “Honor your father and mother,” Ex. 20:12; Deut. 5:16 and, “The one speaking evil of father or mother, by death let him die.” Ex. 21:17 
Mat 15:5  But you say, Whoever says to the father or the mother, A gift, whatever you would gain from me; 
Mat 15:6  and in no way he honors his father or his mother. And you annulled the command of God on account of your tradition. 
Mat 15:7  Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy concerning you, saying: 
Mat 15:8  ”This people draws near to Me with their mouth, and with their lips honor Me; but their heart holds far off from Me. 
Mat 15:9  But in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men.” Isa. 29:13 

Instead of underlining the quote this time I underline the proof that Messiah was teaching the Jews His Father’s Word correctly, rather than doing away with Fathers YHWH’s Word.  Why?  For the reason I underlined. These men were not worried at all about Father’s Word.

The Jews of the temple, the leaders did not know Father or understand Him, Instead of learning to love Him and obey HIm, they started teaching things that proved how much smarter they were than the average man and how much more they understood, who does that remind you of today?  Men let their ego’s get in the way of their love for Father and Son.  We have to learn to love to obey them in order to really know Them.

Mat 16:27  For the Son of Man is about to come with His angels in the glory of His Father. And then “He will give reward to each according to his practice.” LXX-Psa. 61:13; Pro. 24:12; MT-Psa. 62:12 

This is still true today and the reason I am writing this article because I  am praying that Father’s real Words can undo the boasting and imaginations of a man’s mind and teaching that will casue many to get a reward that is not  a good reward, but rather a punishment.

Mat 17:5  While he was yet speaking, behold, a radiant cloud overshadowed them. And, behold, a voice out of the cloud saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I have been delighting; hear Him. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Isa. 42:1; Deut. 18:15 

I think I will post these for all to see I am telling you the truth and these Words were not necessarily just written and quoted but were a testimoney written in the OLD TESTAMENT as its prophecy of Messiah and the proof of both being real and true and of the Father YHWH that gave them both to us.

Psa 2:7  I will declare concerning the statute of Jehovah: He said to Me, You are My Son. Today I have begotten You. 

Gen 22:2  And He said, Now take your son, Isaac, your only one whom you love, and go into the land of Moriah. And there offer him for a burnt offering on one of the mountains which I will say to you. 

Isa 4:2  In that day the Branch of Jehovah will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth for pride and for glory for the survivors of Israel. 

Deu 18:5  For Jehovah your God has chosen him out of all your tribes to stand to serve in the name of Jehovah, he and his sons continually. 

Messiah Yahushua was and is Father’s first Born  and only Son who was prophecied to us from His people who worshiped Him in the hundreds of years prior to His birth by His Father YHWH in a book we know as the OLD TESTAMENT.  

Mat 18:16  But if he does not hear, take one or two more with you, “so that on the mouth of two” or “three witnesses every word may stand”. Deut. 19:15 

Here we see Messiah is making sure that we understand to keep the Words of the Commandments of His Father perfectly in everything including our relationships with one another.

Mat 19:3  And the Pharisees came near to Him, tempting Him, and saying to Him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every reason? 
Mat 19:4  But answering, He said to them, Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning “created them male and female”? Gen. 1:27 
Mat 19:5  And He said, “For this reason a man shall leave father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” Gen. 2:24 
Mat 19:6  So that they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let not man separate. 
Mat 19:7  They said to Him, Why then did Moses command to “give a bill of divorce,” “and to put her away”? Deut. 24:1 

Notice Messiah knew this text by heart every word of it from his mind, not some scroll or book he carried around. And next He goes further than the text to show why Father did what He did and to again tell them even more than they know and understand.

Mat 19:8  He said to them, In view of your hardheartedness, Moses allowed you to put away your wives. But from the beginning it was not so. 

Mat 19:18  He said to Him, Which? And Jesus said, “You shall not commit murder, nor commit adultery, nor steal, nor bear false witness, 
Mat 19:19  honor your father and your mother,” and, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Ex. 20:12-16; Lev. 19:18; Deut. 5:16-20 

What were these verses being quoted from the commandments for?  In answer to the question:

Mat 19:16  And, behold, coming near, one said to Him, Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life? 

So you must do these things in order to have eternal life, the exact opposite from David Vose teachings, from the mouth of Messiah.

Mat 21:5  ”Tell the daughter of Zion, Behold, your King comes to you, meek and mounted on an ass, even a colt, the son of an ass.” Isa. 62:11; Zech. 9:9 

Again the Messiah is told of coming from the OLD TESTAMENT and it CAME TO PASS, JUST LIKE IT WAS TOLD IN THE OLD TESTAMENT by the men who worshiped YHWH and kept His COMMANDMENTS.

Mat 21:13  And He said to them, It has been written, “My house shall be called a house of prayer,” but you have “made it a den of plunderers.” Isa. 56:7; Jer. 7:11 

The proof is here that those who were running the temple were not following the commandments of YHWH and that Messiah did and was teaching them to do so and He is quoting that Old Testament that is still just as good for us today as it was back then .

Mat 21:16  And they said to Him, Do you hear what these say? And Jesus said to them, Yes. Did you never read, “Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings You have perfected praise?” LXX-Psa. 8:3; MT-Psa. 8:2 

  Beloved I say to you that this is what happened to make these men conspire to kill Messiah, He was teaching them from the Text that they supposedly had so much knowledge of and instead of repenting they conspire to kill.  David instead of repenting chose to kill the God that wrote the Words that stung him, just like these men and like Messiah said to them I have to say to him, David your father is the adversary, not a god at all.

Mat 27:46  And about the ninth hour, Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani; that is, “My God, My God, why did You forsake Me?” Psa. 22:1 

This whole chapter I believe was spoken from the cross of Calvary as the proof from the OLD TESTAMENT tha prophecied from a JEWISH man David who love YHWH and worshiped YHWH and was given a prophecy of the very day of His Son’s death on the cross.  I am going to post all of it here and finish this second article today on this proof that Matthew contains the teaching of the God of the Old Testament and His Words from it throught out it and from the mouth of Messiah himself.  That YHWH is the Father of Messiah and the God that He served , loved and died for us to be obedient to.

Psa 22:1  To the Chief Musician, on the deer of the dawn. A Psalm of David. My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me, and are far from My deliverance, from the words of My groaning? 
Psa 22:2  O my God, I cry by day, but You do not answer; and in the night, and there is no silence to Me. 
Psa 22:3  But You are holy, being enthroned on Israel’s praises. 
Psa 22:4  Our fathers trusted in You; they trusted, and You delivered them. 
Psa 22:5  They cried to You, and were delivered; they trusted in You, and were not ashamed.
