From G2095 and G32; to announce good news (“evangelize”) especially the gospel: – declare, bring (declare, show) glad (good) tidings, preach (the gospel).

So what is the good news? So many people have very different ideas about what this “good news” was and is now. My question is, has the gospel changed. Was the gospel that Yahushua sent his disciples out to tell different from the gospel tha church today tells us? And if so why? and is it really “the gopsel” if it isn’t what Messiah said the good news for us all was?

Lets begin with this use of the word gospel or good news in Matthew. What good news was Messiah telling his disciples to tell and who was He sending them to tell it to? In this portion of the scripture Messiah was telling these men to go to John the Baptist to tell him this “good news” so what was the good news? Lets look to the first time this word gospel is used and see what the good news was.

Mat_4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

Mat_9:35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM. What does that mean??? First of all we have to look to who the Messiah was in history. Who was He? What was He suppose to do? Who told us of His expected coming?

The Messiah was and is a Hebrew or Jewish , if you will, prophecy. He was told to come by almost every prophet in every book of the prophets in the Old Testament portion of your Bible. Beginnning with David.

David not only propehesied about Messiah’s coming, but also His death:

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Sound familar? It was the words we know that Messiah said from the cross and it was His teaching of the Word, just as He taught in life, at the moment of His death He was teaching Father’s Word. Check the entire chapter here

More of the prophets that fortold of the coming King of the Kingdom:

Isa 32:1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

Jer_10:10 But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation.

Jer_23:5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

Hos_3:4 For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:
Hos_3:5 Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.

Zec_14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Zec_14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
Mal_1:14 But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the LORD of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.

These are those that actually use the word King others use other forms of speech but say the same thing.

Do you believe the Word of Yahuah? Do you believe that when He declares a thing that it comes to pass? Or not? Do you think that HIs son came to destroy the kingdom and declare that His Father’s kingdom was no more? Was Messiah revolting against His FATHER??? Was He setting up His OWN KINGDOM? I KNOW that He was not. He said again and again:

Mat_5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Mat_7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Joh_8:18 I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

Joh_10:30 I and my Father are one.

There are hundreds of these verses.

Just know this, He was not doing what so many men of the church have taught us, doubting, having a moment of any kind of doubt about His Father and His Father’s love for Him. Instead He was teaching us about His Father’s love , Word and knowledge of His life and our own lives was REAL and was fortold forknown and declared to come to pass. He followed His Fathers rules and laws and taught men to do the same.

AND THE PROOF OF IT IS THERE FOR US TO SEE.

So back to the GOSPEL …. What was the good news that Messiah was teaching? The good news was that the Kingdom of HIs Father Yahuah or YHWH was at hand:

Mat_4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

What is this “gospel of the kingdom” ? Was Messiah declaring a new Kingdom, one that He was the ruler and creator of? First of all what is a kingdom? For many of us who have never lived in a kingdom, but instead a Republic or democracy,lets look to a dictionary for that.defination to be sure we all are on the “same page”. So it says:first this:

a state or government having a king or queen as its head.

lastly it says this:

the spiritual sovereignty of God or Christ.

the domain over which the spiritual sovereignty of God or Christ extends, whether in heaven or on earth.

So Messiah was teaching that the kingdom was come to earth, in fact had come to Israel since that is where He was teaching these men this “gospel”. What does a kingdom consist of? First of all it has to be declared as such. The first thing we did as a nation was to make a “Declaration of Independance”.

So when was this kingdom declared to be in existance? Who declared it to be? and who was the King declared to be the head of this Kingdom? Just as in our declaration of independance, there was a time when Yahuah declared that He too had a people and that they too were to be considered independant from the kingdom that they found themselves contained in.

Exo_5:1 And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness.

There are the same declaration as we know and read of being the start of the country we call today the USA, but this was to not a king, but a pharoah. The declaration is the same tho, that the people the this pharoah considered his own property and ” servants” or citizens, was no longer such an entity, but was instead the citizen, property or servant of ANOTHER KING, ANOTHER NATION. That LORD in the Text is the YOD HAY VAV HAY or to transliterate Yahuah, or what many write as YHWH. He set up delivered his people through war against this former king, making a declaration of His and thier intent, Just as we have done and continue to do now in setting up a kingdom.

The thing is, that kingdom had long ago been overrun, Five hundred plus years prior to the coming of Messiah on the earth teaching the GOSPEL, to Israel or Judah as it was… The kingdom that Yahuah had declared and won and then set up in the land by Yahuah had been overrun, taken and set over them a new leader by more that one nation. At the time of Messiah it was Rome, prior to that Syria, Babylon and Persia had all been there overtaken in war and set up kingdoms with their own sets of rules and laws.

AHH now we get to the next step in setting up a kingdom, you don’t just declare it and it is.. you then set up a set of laws to determine how this kingdom will run. Here is our own setting up of those laws, The Constitution of the United States of America.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

This is suppose to be our guidline for all our laws. We set up the governemtn by this constitution, we set up our judgements by this constitution and by it we measure what is acceptable and what is not acceptable in the country known as the United States of America.

The declaration of the leaving of one kingdom and the setting up of another, leaving the rules and regulations, the laws and the rule of law from that one state of being, into another kingdom, with its own “head of state” and its own laws. So we see the declaration of independance, but where were the laws or the constitution set up for Israel, the name of this kingdom that Yahuah chose for His kingdom? Clck on the laws and constition to see the whole set up from the start. There was more given, but it was by the guidelnes given here that they fall under and were set up.

So are you thinking oh, but Messiah came to destroy this kingdom? My church and pastor and teacher tells me that because of Jesus I am freed from the law and so this does not apply to me? I am not a member of this kingdom? I am part of a kingdom set up on freedom from these laws, these people and this constraint?

Really? So was Messiah and His Father lying to you in all the Words of the Old Testament? Or is your church, teacher, pastor, teaching you something that just is not true? So who is it in a kingdom that has the “rights and priveledges” to write laws, to change laws? It is the king and the king alone. Do the subjects suddenly decide to change the law? NO, in order to do that they must REVOLT, SET UP ANOTHER FORM OF GOVERNMENT OR KINGDOM AND DO ALL THE SAME THINGS, MAKE A DECLARATION AND SET UP A SET OF LAWS FOR GOVERNANCE.

Uh oh… Does that mean that your church has revolted against Yahuah and His kingdom? That you have declared you no longer want to be a part of His KINGDOM? I think it does. When you say His laws no longer apply, and put a new leader one that doesn’t' follow His rules in His place then He gives you that right and all the consequences that go with that. He sent His son to become a price paid, a propitiation for all the sin of the entire world, and as a reward to His Son He will establish that Son one day as King over His FATHER’S KINGDOM. Messiah didn’t make a new kingdom, He is only taking the reward of keeping HIs Father’s kingdom intact, restoring that kingdom to the perfection that Father intended it to be long before the birth of a man he called Israel, in fact change his name to Israel from Jacob.

Here is my next question and one that has been haunting me for a long time… If you think Messiah came to save you from keeping the rules of His Father’s kingdom, then is your messiah the real messiah? Or is it a fake messiah that the adversaries of the Kingdom of Yahuah has created in the minds of the leaders , teachers and preachers of your church? The antichrist or ‘the not real messiah” is alive and well and living in the hearts and minds of the so called churches of the world today.

I weep, I cry, I pray for you all. Why? Because Father tells us the consequences as part of the declarations of the law. And it is so sad to me to see so many being decieved.
