Mark, Luke & Paul who were NOT eyewitnesses NOR apostles had to discredit Matthew the publican (with a mind for precision) who wrote a detailed account of Christ's ministry

Matthew plainly states how he became a disciple and the events immediately following:

⁹ And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.

¹⁰ And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.

Corruption #1  Matthew is someone else…

¹⁴ And as he passed by, he saw LEVI THE SON OF ALPHAEUS sitting at the receipt of custom, and said unto him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.
¹⁵ And it came to pass, that, as Jesus sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners sat also together with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed him.

Mark 2

²⁷ And after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named LEVI, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me.

²⁸ And he left all, rose up, and followed him.

²⁹ And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.

Luke 5

Now maybe you’re thinking perhaps Matthew was called by a different name as some were, but not this time since the son of Alphaeus is listed as a distinct apostle…BUT LEVI IS NOT HIS NAME!!!  There is NO apostle Levi…

EVERY list of apostles confirms “JAMES the son of Alphaeus” Matthew 10:3, Mark 3:18, Luke 6:15, Acts 1:13

Also Matthew contains the ONLY list of apostles that confirms that he was the publican that sat at receipt of custom “Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew THE PUBLICAN; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;” Matthew 10:3

Corruption #2  This former publican STILL has a house to go to…

“as Jesus sat at meat in THE house” — Matthew’s testimony

“as Jesus sat at meat in HIS house” — Mark’s testimony

“Levi made him a great feast in HIS own house” — Luke’s testimony

This publican MADE JESUS A GREAT FEAST IN HIS HOUSE??! After Jesus says follow me and he does…leaving ALL…now we should believe that this publican immediately has Jesus follow HIM home??!!!

Gosh why didn’t Christ just make that his home base since now he’s converted someone with a great party pad that will do his bidding?

Well like Paul Harvey used to say…”For the rest of the story…” this publican was definitely a sinner and Luke wants you to know it!

Corruption #3  After turning Matthew into Levi, make him a sinner because he was a tax collector…

ONLY LUKE places publicans (and soldiers!) with the ministry of John the Baptist [also reducing the heat on the Pharisees that "generation of vipers"] followed ironically by a genealogy that lists Levi 2x…not found in Matthew!

¹² Then came also PUBLICANS to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do?

¹³ And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you.

Luke 3

“And the PUBLICAN, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.” Luke 13:18

BTW the Pharisee in this fake story is NOT a sinner, but only self-righteous!  Read Matthew 23 for the truth: Pharisees are indeed extortioners and unjust and murderers!!

Getting back to Matthew the publican,

Jesus NEVER called Matthew to repentance, there is no reason to assume that Matthew EVER ‘exacted more than that which was appointed to him’…a publican or collector of public taxes was not inherently evil, though it provided ample opportunity for corruption thus attracting the unscrupulous.

Jesus — who would OFFEND with his doctrine — nonetheless paid tribute for him and Peter from the mouth of a fish in order to NOT OFFEND.  {Matthew 17:24-27}

Luke likewise has a twisted account of Peter publicly confessing himself a sinner when the true account has nothing of the sort.

“When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.” Luke 5:8

Luke says Jesus ”saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets“…

…but Matthew speaks the truth “And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.”

Gee how do you wash a net on shore and use it for fishing off a boat at the same time?!  At least Mark’s account generally agrees with Matthew, showing what utter hokum the book of Luke is.

LUKE IS BOTH A LIAR and a PLAGIARIST:

This ‘all night nothing, then in the morning with Jesus so many fish that the net almost breaks’ scenario has actually been lifted from JOHN’S testimony AFTER THE RESURRECTION in John 21:3-11.

Mark is like the Colin Powell of his day who is embarrassed to simply make up a lie to serve the purposes of his superior, but Luke is all in, spinning a fictitious tale to serve the ultimate end.  You can see it where Paul has only Luke with him (‘Demas forsook him’), but reluctant Mark must be summoned 2 Timothy 4:11 and “Paul thought not good to take him with them…so Barnabas took MARK” Acts 15:36-41.

One big happy face on the conspiracy to supplant the true gospel of Jesus Christ with the doctrine of Pharisee Paul:

“Marcus[MARK], Aristarchus, Demas, Lucas[LUKE], my fellowlabourers” Philemon 1:24

“Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus[MARK], sister’s son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)”

“LUKE, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.”

Paul has lies to sell, not mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven as revealed exclusively by the Son of God

For 2000 years Paul, Luke & Mark have swindled almost everyone! Since Mark was NOT an apostle he subtly turns Jesus’ true apostles into non-believers, so that Paul can then bring the ‘real truth’ that they were too blind to see
