NON-apostle Mark introduces the gospel of the kingdom as your new idol

1) Mark begins the CONTAMINATION very early on with belief — not in God — but in a message!

 

“And saying, The time is fulfilled [The time?!...Matthew and John are utterly specific 20+], and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”

Mark 1

 

 

John the Baptist urges “bring forth FRUITS” not belief

 

² And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

⁸ Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance

Matthew 3

 

 

Jesus condemns for lack of repentance

 

“Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not“

Matthew 11:20

 

 

Refusal to turn from evil deeds is the issue…

 

“And THIS IS THE CONDEMNATION, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their DEEDS WERE EVIL.” John 3:19

 

Jesus did not consider everyone evil…”I am not come to call the RIGHTEOUS, but sinners to repentance.” Matthew 9:13 and “ye would not have condemned the GUILTLESS” Matthew 12:7

 

“Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own WORKS WERE EVIL, and his brother’s RIGHTEOUS.” 1 John 3:12

 

 

2) Another ad lib to exalt ‘the gospel’

 

“For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.” Mark 8:35

 

 

But Matthew 16 tells the truth

 

²⁵ For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

²⁶ For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

²⁷ For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; AND THEN HE SHALL REWARD EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO HIS WORKS.

 

AND THEN HE SHALL REWARD EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO HIS WORKS [Mark and Luke(9:26) OMIT these words and INSERT others to keep the focus on 'the gospel']

John is a second witness “I will give unto every one of you according to your works” Revelation 2:23

 

Mark and Luke — who were NEVER apostles — change Jesus’ words in order to sweep the slate clean for Pharisee Paul’s ‘not of works, but of grace/faith/belief’ gospel message.

 

SOMEONE PLEASE CORRECT ME…I can not find Paul even once stating that he teaches the “gospel OF THE KINGDOM“, just ‘gospel’ with embellishments over and over and over again.  HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!  WHAT GOSPEL DOES HE BRING?

This should be SHOCKING to honest people.

 

 

3) And yet another glorification of ‘the gospel’

 

“And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s” Mark 10:29

 

But Matthew 19 tells the truth

 

²⁸ And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

²⁹ And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, FOR MY NAME’S SAKE, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see YOUR GOOD WORKS, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16 {The sermon on the mount is shredded by Luke 6:20-49 but Mark simply ignores the teaching except for a bizarre reference in 9:50…neither records “Ye are the salt of the Earth” nor “Ye are the light of the world”}

 

¹ Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,

² Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat [Moses gave THE LAW]:

³ ALL THEREFORE WHATSOEVER they bid you observe, that OBSERVE AND DO; but do not ye after their works [lawless works]: for they say, and do not [hypocrites].

Matthew 23 {compare to the lying accounts in Mark 12 and Luke 20}

 

“They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would DO THE WORKS OF ABRAHAM.” John 8:39

 

THE WORKS OF ABRAHAM which Paul failed to mention to his Gentiles

 

²⁰ For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest HIS DEEDS should be reproved.

²¹ But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that HIS DEEDS may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 3

 

Jesus DID NOT preach a ‘saved by grace/faith/belief’ gospel…EVER.  The risen Christ spoke to John to confirm the everlasting gospel (Revelation 14:6): JUDGED ACCORDING TO WORKS!!

 

¹² And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
