“IF” we can know for certain the exact day and month of the Death of Jesus Christ —- we can then determine — the exact month and the exact day the birth of Jesus Christ occurred.

Exodus 12

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,

2 This month [shall be] unto you the beginning of months: it [shall be] the first month of the year to you.

3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth [day] of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of [their] fathers, a lamb for an house:

4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take [it] according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.

5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take [it] out from the sheep, or from the goats:

6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day (14th yome) of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel ———- shall kill it in the evening.

The Passover lambs for the Passover in Egypt, were slain on the 14th day of the 1st month in the evening and Jesus Christ must be and was slain on the 14th Day of the First month (Nisan)– in the evening.

John 19

14 And it was the preparation of the Passover (#3957),and about the sixth hour: —- and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!

The Passover lamb are slain on the 14th — “day” — of the first month in the evening — “day” –Yome- is light thus the “evening” is during – the period of light – called by God: Day/yome.

The Passover lambs are to be slain in the light of a Day — not hidden in the darkness of night. The Passover Lamb are then eaten after the “evening” ends at sundown: sundown ends the period of light called a Day.

Strong’s Concordance

#3957 pascha: the Passover,– the Passover supper or lamb

Verse 14 above can thus be understood as: It was the preparation for the Passover supper or lamb. The 14th is the day the Lamb is bled to death, roasted whole over a fire and eaten after sundown.

An evening begins at noon and ends at sundown a period of around 6 hours. A morning is likewise a period of around 6 hours beginning at sunrise and ending at noon.

Yes I am aware of the term “between the evenings”. Can anyone point to a scripture that explains what that term means?

  • Are there two evenings at sundown?
  • How much time is there between the two evenings?
  • What does each evening consist of?
  • How can it be determined when one begins and ends?

Can you conceive of bleeding to death a lamb, catching it’s blood in a container, painting that blood to your door post then dressing the lamb and roasting it over fire — in darkness?

On top of that, the instructions were: “and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning”.

Do you suppose they roasted the lamb over a wood fire in their dwellings??

The 14th is the “preparation” day for the Feast of Unleavened Bread. On the 14th , during the evening portion of the day – the light, the Passover lamb is slain and roasted whole over a fire and eaten after sundown.

The day before a 7th day Sabbath and a High Day Feast is the preparation time for the Sabbath and the High Day. The only time this is not true is the Day of Atonement as that day is a fast day.

During the preparation day i.e. the 14th all leavening must be removed from your dwellings and unleavened bread must be baked for the Passover lamb supper after sundown. Passover is a day of preparation for the Feast of Unleavened bread as once the sunsets at the end of the 14th no leavened bread is to be eaten or even found in your home.

The Feast of Unleavened bread is a 7 day period which begins at sundown on the 14th day and ends at sundown of the 22nd day.

The 15th and the 22nd are both commanded assemblies, both High Sabbath’s, both “High Days” on which no work is to be done.

God’s day, “Yome”, begins at sunrise and ends at sundown. Sabbath’s and High Holy Sabbath’s i.e. Feasts, begin at sundown and end at the following sundown.

What part of a 24 hour period, which we call a day, is the “evening” according to GOD?

Genesis 1

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4 And God saw the light, that [it was] good: and Goddivided -the light from the darkness.

5 And God calledthe lightDay, and “the darknesshe called Night.

—– And the evening and the morning were the first Day, (first yome i.e. the first period of light).

If what we today call a day is normally about 24 hours depending on the seasons and the location on this earth then a day is about 12 hours and a night is also around 12 hours.

The Hebrew word for “day” God used in verse 5 is #3117 Yome and then God states the “evening’ and the ‘morning’ were the first day — first period of light — the first Yome. I personally do not believe God created anything in darkness only in the LIGHT.

The first day –“Yome”, that first period of light God named the Yome/day, consisted of, according to God, an evening and a morning.

To confirm — a day, – Yome, consist of around 12 hours:

John 11

9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.

I will not take the space to prove this fact but in those days they determined time by the location of the sun thus sunrise began the first hour, noon with the sun directly over head, being the 6th hour, our 3 PM is the 9th hour and sundown ended the 12th hour.

According to Exodus, one of 5 books called the Torah, the Passover lamb MUST be killed in the evening of the 14th of the first month. The Lamb must be slain during the period of LIGHT called by God – the Day – the Yome.

As Jesus Christ IS OUR PASSOVER He also must be killed on the 14th day of the first month in the evening — to comply with Torah LAW.

1 Corinthians 5

7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ ourPassoveris sacrificed for us:

When was Jesus Christ, OUR PASSOVER, nailed to the stake, when did He die and when was He placed in the tomb?

John 19

13 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.

If they were not speaking Hebrew in those days why did John give us the Hebrew word for the judgment seat? And why was this written in Hebrew? 38 And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

I personally believe most of the New Testament writings were in Hebrew and later translated into many languages and I believe Paul, being learned in many languages, wrote his letters in the tongues of the different nations.

14 And it was the “preparationof the Passover,and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!

It was the 14th day the 6th hour: around noon, our 12 noon when Pilate said: Behold your King!

15 But they cried out, Away with [him], away with [him], crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.

16 Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led [him] away.

About the 6th hour, our 12 noon, Pilate delivered Jesus Christ to be crucified.

As the evening begin: – Noon, the 6th hour – of the 14th day Christ was delivered to be crucified.

There are no scriptures clearly stating the term “evening” is the time from 12:00 noon until sundown but as we shall see from scripture the crucifixion, death and burial of Jesus Christ began at the 6th hour and ended at the 12 hour. Jesus Christ, as per the instructions of Torah law, was and had to be legally slain, in the evening.

Luke 23

44 And it was about the sixth hour (12 noon), and there was a darkness overallthe earth until the ninth hour (our 3 PM).

From the time Christ was hung on the stake until He die there was darkness over –ALL — the earth, from the 6th hour until the 9th hour, our 3 PM.

Note: as the ‘Light of Truth” was dying the world became dark, when the “Light of Truth” returns the entire globe shall be in encircled in light greater then our sun. the Sign of His coming will be the entire earth in the LIGHT. No night.

It should be noted according to Jewish protocol, the daily sacrifice was offered twice daily at the 3rd hour our 9 AM and at the 9th hour, our 3 PM.

Thus Christ was slain at the time of the – evening – sacrifice, at the 9th hour of the day, Christ was bled to death at the same time the evening sacrificed was bled to death.

45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.

46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. (breath)

Jesus Christ died at the 9th hour, at the mid point of that evening, on the preparation day for the Passover meal eaten after sundown as the Feast of Unleavened Bread began.

Fact: Jesus Christ was bled to death, as our Passover – per Torah Law, during the evening of the 14th of the First month.

Luke 23

53 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.

54 And that day was the preparation, and the Sabbath drew on.

          Just before the Sabbath began Christ will laid in the sepulcher. “and the        sabbath drew on”. The words “drew on” according to Strong’s means: “am near commencing”

#2020

epiphóskó: to let shine, i.e. to dawn

Original Word: ἐπιφώσκω
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: epiphóskó
Phonetic Spelling: (ep-ee-foce’-ko)
Short Definition: I dawn, am near commencing
Definition: I dawn, am near commencing
.

Many use verse 54 to prove the crucifixion occurred on a Friday i.e. the 6th day of a week, but that is not so as the Apostle John tells us that Sabbath — “am near commencing” –was a HIGH Sabbath which means it was not the 7th day Sabbath but was one of the seven Holy Feasts of the LORD.

John 19

31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the Sabbath day, (for that Sabbath day wasan high day, ) — besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and [that] they might be taken away.

Jesus Christ our Passover was hung on the stake around noon, died around 3 PM, and was laid in the tomb moments before sunset which began the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

Jesus Christ became our Passover in the evening of the 14th of Nisan in exact accordance with Torah Law.

Now we have determined — in great detail— the exact day Christ died.

It can also be determined Christ was exactly 33 ½ years old at the time of His death on the 14th day of the first month:

For Jesus Christ to die at exactly 33 1/2 years of age, to the day, on the 14th day of the first month,— as He did —

Christ must then be born on the 15th Day of the 7 month which is the First High Day of the Feast of Tabernacles.

There are exactly 6 months between 1/14 and 7/15: going forwards or backwards it is 6 months.

And after birth per Torah law, he was circumcised 8 days later on the Last Great Daythe 8th day of the Feast, 7/22 which also is a High Holy Day, That Great Day of the Feast.

Leviticus 23

39 Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day [shall be] a Sabbath,—- and on the eighth day [shall be] a Sabbath.

John 7

37 In the last day, that Great [day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

I added the next two verses to make the point:– the 7 Holy annual Feasts are not Jewish Feasts, they are not Hebrew Feasts— they are — GOD’s Feasts.

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, [Concerning] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim [to be] — holy convocations, [even] ——these [are] “my” Feasts.

How can Christ age be determined?

The birth of Jesus Christ is a major event in God’s Plan of Salvation without which there can be no salvation and that major event must occur on a day predetermined before creation and made Holy time for that Holy purpose.

When Joseph and Mary came to Jerusalem to pay the tax why were all the inns full? Because is was commanded that they appear before the Lord; it was the fall Feast of Tabernacles and the Romans knew a few hundred thousand would jam into the city at that time so they picked that time to collect the tax. The money came to “Rome”; “Rome” did not need to go to the money.

How can the 7/15 date which is the first Holy High day of Feast of Tabernacles, be backup by scripture as the birth day of Jesus Christ and reveal His age?

John 7

1 After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.

2 Now the Jews’feast of tabernacleswas at hand.

3 His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest.

His brothers were NOT disciples.

4 For [there is] no man [that] doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.

5 For neither did his brethrenbelieve in him.

6 Then Jesus said unto them,My time is not yet come”: but your time is alway ready.

What “time” had — not yet — come?

7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

8 Go ye up unto this feast: I go not upyet - unto this feast;for my time is —- not yet —- full come.

Some “time” had not yet “fully come”, the timing not yet complete?

9 When he had said these words unto them, he abode [still] in Galilee.

Jesus was a builder and owned two homes, one in Galilee and the other in Capernaum. See Matthew 4: 13.

10 But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.

So His time had now — finally come — and He went up unto the Feast.

11 Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?

12 And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.

13 Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.

14 Now about the midst of the feast —– Jesus went up into the temple,—- and taught.

Please search yourself – I find this to be the first time Christ taught in the temple. Not His first time in the temple but the first time He taught in the temple.

15 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?

16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.

I included this verse as it confirms what I have shown for many years — Jesus Christ did not come to — CHANGE A SINGLE THING, –Jesus Christ taught ONLY the doctrines of His Father.

17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God,or[whether] I speak of myself.

If we do the Will of the Father then we will know it came from God the Father and was not some different new doctrine from Jesus Christ.

18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory:but he that seeketh his (the Father) glory that sent him, the same is TRUE, and no unrighteousness is in him.

Now as Christ is our high priest, not of the Levitical priesthood – not a Kohath, Christ is bound by Torah LAW regarding working in the Temple and the Law states a priest can not work in the temple until he is 30 years of age.

Numbers 4: 1 – 4

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

2 Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, after their families, by the house of their fathers,

3From thirty years oldand upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

4 This [shall be] the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, [about] the most holy things:

Thus on the 15th day of the 7th month Christ was born and as that Feast of Tabernacles, His date of birth, approached our Savior would turn 30 years of age and could legally work in the temple.

When Christ was baptized on the Feast of Pentecost how old was He?

Luke 3

22 And the Holy Ghost Spirit descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

23 And Jesus himselfbegan to be about thirty years of age,

The Feast of the First Fruits i.e. Pentecost occurs each year about 4 months before the Feast of Tabernacles and Christ at the time He was baptized was approaching 30 years of age: about 29 years and 8 months old.

The Feast of Trumpets follows the Feast of Pentecost and the Feast of Trumpets falls on the first of the seventh month, then 10 days later is the Day of Atonement, a fast day.

The Feast of Tabernacles is the 15th day of the 7th month

Jesus Christ was born to be a KING and He was born on the very day He will become King over all the earth. answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. — “To this end was I born”,

Everything in the life of Jesus Christ was planned and set in place before creation began, planned to the split second, proving who – is GOD.

Jesus Christ could not be born on just any old day or be slain on any old day or rise from the grave on a day not made Holy for that purpose from before creation even began. Sunday, the first day of a week was never every made Holy time by GOD.

Every major event is the life of Jesus Christ occurs on a day made HOLY for that very purpose and all future events as well.

Now do we know how long Christ spent confirming the covenant after He turned 30 years of age?

Daniel 9

27 And he shall — confirmthe —covenantwith manyfor one week: —-and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Jesus Christ was sent by His Father to — confirm the New Covenant – and that conformation was to take place over a prophetic week thus a 7 year period (“a year for a day”, see Numbers 14: 34).

In the middle of that 7 year — ‘week’ — at 3 ½ years to the exact day, Jesus Christ was slain which ended the need for any further animal sacrifices – that

ONE sacrifice of Jesus Christ caused to cease the Sacrificial Law which was added to the Torah because of transgressions.

Paul taught the Sacrificial Law was our schoolmaster leading us to that ONE sacrifice by Jesus Christ on the Stake and after that ONE sacrifice to which all animal sacrifice pointed —-the task of the schoolmaster was complete.

Recap:

Jesus Christ was born on the 15th of the seventh month and was baptized at almost 30 years of age on a Feast of Pentecost and when He reached His 30th birthday on the first day of the following Feast of Tabernacles of that same year — began confirming the covenant for 7 years by teaching in His Father’s House.

After exactly 3 ½ years of confirming the covenant Christ was slain on Passover, the 14th Day of the First month in the Evening.

Christ became 30 years of age on 15th of the 7 month; as the Feast of Tabernacles began.

31 on the following 15/7;

32 on the following 15/7;

33 on the next 15/7

And from that 15/7 to 14/1 is one half of a year.

33 and one half years to the exact day.

Our God is exact down to the split second.

There is no happenstance, no spur of the moment, no waiting for that right moment, no capriciousness’ —- all was planned from before creation began and has and will occur exactly as planned down to the exact second of the exact day of the exact month and exact year.

Is there more? Yes, but most will never take the time to even read this far – more will change not one mind.

      I will add facts in this comment that should have been included in the paper above.

      The Birth;
      The Circumcision;
      The Baptism;
      When the confirming of the Covenant began;
      The Death;
      The Resurrection;
      The Return;
      And the day Jesus Christ will sit on the Throne of His father David — as KING of Kings;

      All, except one, of these events are fore-showed by God’s Holy Sabbaths, by either one of the 7 Feasts of the Lord or the 7th Day Sabbath.

      All of the key events above occur on days predetermined before creation and were made HOLY for that purpose except one; Passover, the 14th Day of the First month.

      All of the events surrounding the life of Jesus Christ are fore-showed by one of God’s Holy Feasts or the Sabbath. Even though it is not a Holy Day, Passover is the preparation for the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

      Passover begins God’s Plan of Salvation.

      You are more then welcome to read and comment, I unlike you, do not block comments.

      Please feel free to point out errors or lies or what ever.

      Again I could not disagree more with your conclusion that Christ died before 30 years of age and that He was born on Pentecost.

      So far we agree on one thing — the rapture is a false doctrine and that is about it.
