SPIRIT FAMILY

Just like our blood family on earth or what I call as 3rd Dimension or 3D we also have a spiritual family in the higher dimensions. This family is assigned to us before we are born so that they can help nudge and guide us through life.

In my Reiki level 1 class, my wonderful master introduced me to all these spirit family beings and I started communicating with them. Trust me they changed my life. I was constantly supported by them in my life and my life was full of miracles. Each time I invoked Reiki, I also invoked this entire team of divine beings. They were with me always (You ‘ll read about them in my upcoming articles and about my experiences).

Who are there in our spirit family?

1. Spirit guides:
   Spirit guides are incorporeal beings that are assigned to us to guide us in life. Some guides are for us for the entire life, while some others will show up every now and again to help you with specific areas of your life or purpose or goals you are trying to achieve.
   For example – It could be a crossed over relative who is assigned to look over you. Sometimes it could be future children who would help you with marriage and help you choose the best partner.
2. Spirit animal:
   We all have spirit animals assigned to us.
   According to dictionary.com – The ancient concept of animal guides, particularly prominent in some indigenous, especially Native American, religions, and cultures, was adopted in Pagan and Wiccan spirituality in the 1990s. In these contexts, spirit animals are meant literally, referring to spiritual guides or totems that take the form of animals.
   As per my experience – one may connect to some breed of animals or might even dream or visualize a certain animal in meditation. Continuously seeing an animal in reality, in pictures (on media/social media) or in dreams visualization, may mean it could be your animal spirit guide.
   There could be 2 categories here too.
   • Animal spirit guides could be purpose related and you may stop connecting to them once the purpose is over. For instance: a guide for the career, another one to find your romantic partner or help you recover from illness etc.
   • Then another category – there could be an animal guide connecting you in all incarnations and all lifetimes like your Soul. Eg: A Siberian Husky is my spirit guide. I have always seen him in my meditations for a very long time. Me not being aware of dog breeds usually referred to him as wolf-dog. In 2016 during my trip to Glastonbury in England, I saw 4 big huskies on earth in person and later came to know their details. Since then I have been seeing them on 3D(or on earth) whenever I am confused or scared. It is a sign to surrender to the universe for the highest outcome and to follow heart’s desire.

4. Guardian Angels and Archangels:
   Angels are beings of love and light. They are non-denominational beings and literally messengers of the divine. We all are assigned minimum 1 guardian angel (could be 2 or 3 for some). Then there are Archangels or those having specific functions, being the leaders of angel armies and of rays. These angels keep guiding us and helping us of course if we ask them for help as they operate out of the law of free will. In my article “Reiki and Angel Therapy”you ‘ll get to read about this.
5. Ascended Masters:
   Ascended Masters are the divine enlightened beings in the form of great spiritual teachers, healers, loving leaders who incarnated on the earth plane as human beings to help the human race evolve and teach them about unique purposes like compassion, unconditional love, patience, faith, empowerment, and healing. They are known by various names like highly evolved souls, illuminated ones or the elect.
6. Other higher beings:
   There are several higher beings or Elementals like fairies, mermaids, unicorns, dragons, sylphs. Depending on your connection and vibration they’ll be a part of your spiritual team.
7. Earth Teacher and Earth Soul Family:
   And then we have our Earth teachers masters (here I mean spiritual teachers and guides) who come in your life to show you the way. I have met 3 such teachers who have guided me from time to time and helped me get out of what seemed hopeless situations.
   And there is your earth spiritual soul family – the people you can fall back on in difficult times, who can get you out when you feel you are sinking in your quicksand of self-created fear.
8. Twin Flames:
   A twin flame is basically you in another body. Twin flame does not mean soul mate or lover or a toxic relationship…twin flame is the same soul just in a different body. Your twin flame loves you unconditionally. Many people call abusive partners or someone whom you simply don’t get along with, as twin flame because of the hype created by media about Twin Flames. Please understand that it is a very sacred relationship and should not be mistaken for a random toxic one. Your twin flame will love you no matter what and is always guiding you for your highest mission in higher dimensions. Because your twin flame is you. Twin flames share the same higher self and are always connected because you are your twin flame and your twin flame is you.

What does your spiritual team do

1. Guide you to your best
2. Divine intervention if needed and asked for
3. Show direction
4. Send us signs
5. Send us intuitions
6. Sending helpful people

How to connect

Most people ask me how do I know if I am really connecting to them or is it any negative energy I am connecting to. Well although I’d agree with the fact that there are negative energies around, one very important point which is valid here is your vibe attracts your tribe. Depending on what energy you are you’ll attract the energy to you. Intentions work. If you put pure energy to work you’ll get the same energy in return. So first work on raising your vibrations.

• Give Reiki to balance your chakras
• Meditate
• Journalise
• Pray
• Go in nature
• Oracle cards

The process of connecting to your spirit team

• Keep the intention to connect to your spiritual team
• Sit in a comfortable place..where you won’t be disturbed
• Light a candle and play a soothing meditational music if you wish to
• Close your eyes and breathe
• Now draw the CKR, HSZSN, SHK, and DKM symbols and put the intention by saying “Dear Reiki Energy – please connect me to my spiritual team”
• Sit still for the next 15-20 mins
• Close the session with the CKR
• Now take a paper pen and write down whatever you feel for the next 5 mins – you may be surprised by what messages you get. Keep a record of it

Doing this for 3-4 weeks will establish a good connection. You may even start getting visions in meditation and see random signs.

Know that you are always protected and cared for and the spirit team is always with you. Just keep intention strong.
