"SkinMarks" Google Smart Tattoos Transform Skin Into A Living Touchpad

Google is developing “Skinmarks” which are smart tatoos that will transform skin into a living touchpad through embedded sensors.

This wearable smart device is the first to use rub-on tattoos

It is the latest innovation on the road to fulfilling Daniel 2:43. “And whereas you saw iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not join one to another, even as iron is not mixed.”

Skinmarks are similar in functionality to a smart phone. The sensor tattoos can be enabled by a using a finger in a swipe or touch motion. Activation can also be triggered by squeezing around the area of the tattoo or bending a finger

One of the advantages of attaching the technology to the user is the ability to surf the net without looking. Think of it as a localized keyboard.

The Skinmark tattoos are fabricated via screen printing conductive ink, which is then embedded into tattoo paer.

And like a smartphone the skinmark tattoos have a light up display.

However, it’s most innovative feature is the ability of the smart tattoo to conform to the irregular lines on the human arm. In essence the skinmark tattoo is the first human compatable smart technology that will adapt to human skin.

Back in 2013 Regina Dugan, formerly with DARPA and Google, discussed the future of smart tattoo technology. Seven years later, it appears that hurdle has been scaled.  Forward to the 4:43 mark of the video as Dugan discusses the future of wearable tattoos. Afuture that has now arrived..
