Week 10 NFL Picks Against the Spread (ATS): Beazley

Here are my Week 10 picks against the spread:

Detroit Lions -3 over Miami Dolphins (3 units)

The Dolphins just shut out a pretty good Chargers offense last week, but I think they will have a hard time slowing down the Lions on Sunday especially with Calvin Johnson coming back. I believe Matthew Stafford connects with Megatron for two scores and the Miami offense is slowed by Detroit’s front four. Detroit 23, Miami 13.

Dallas Cowboys -7.5 over Jacksonville Jaguars (4 units)

In the NFL, you can’t take any team for granted, and since the Cowboys have another loss than the Eagles do, I fully expect Tony Romo to play tomorrow. I think the Cowboys will be smart in their game plan though to keep Romo upright. I see a heavy workload for DeMarco Murray, and I believe he has a 100-yard, two-TD game. This is Blake Bortles first real big game, and I think he will struggle. The Cowboys roll in London, 37-17.

San Francisco 49ers +6 over New Orleans Saints (5 units)

Too many points in this one. The Saints have been playing better as of late. This is also a home game where the Saints typically play better as well. They unfortunately do not have lady luck on their side as the 49ers are 4-0 ATS in their last four meetings. Both teams have disappointed this year only standing at .500 this season. I think Colin Kaepernick rebounds after a tough loss to the Rams and has a monster game against the Saints. Kaep is my sneaky under the radar DFS play this week. 49ers in the upset on the road, 27-24.

Denver Broncos vs. Oakland Raiders — Over 51.0 (5 units)

You would be a wise man to bet on Peyton Manning putting up big numbers in this one. I expect Manning to have another outstanding 300/4 type game. The Raiders have shown that they can move the ball in “garbage time” and I believe this game is well over 51 by game’s end. If you are looking for a player with a high ceiling in GPP’s on Sunday, then draft Denver TE Julius Thomas. Thomas has been absolutely awful as of late for fantasy owners, but Peyton does a pretty good job at keeping everyone happy. I think JT finds the end zone twice in this one. Broncos 41, Raiders 19.
