Week 1 FanDuel DFS Lineup: $250K NBC Prime Time
There will be a lot of non-traditional contests this year. FanDuel wants people to play every night, which means different starting times for some contests. This week’s specialty contest has only 3 games to choose from: NYG vs. DAL, PHI vs. ATL, and MIN vs. SF. This contests has a $5 entry fee, but pays out $10 to the top 11,500 lineups. It has $40,000 for first, so variance is key. Here’s what I’ll be submitting this week as a contrarian lineup to win some extra GPP cash. Colin Kaepernick will be under owned and can pick up yards with his feet. If he manages to have a good game, the biggest gamble of this lineup could really pay off. Adrian Peterson is still the play of the week, so I’m not backing off of him. Joseph Randle has talked a big game all off season. If he’s going to do well, it’s against a depleted Giants defense, especially if Dallas can get the lead early. Roddy White has practiced and history tells us if White practices, he plays.
