Week 3 FanDuel DFS Lineup: $5 Satellite for next week’s NFL Sunday Million (Thu)
Every week we post our NFL Sunday Million lineup for FanDuel. The entry fee is $25, but 1st place pays out $1 million! There are contests known as “satellites” that offer contestants a ticket to more expensive tournaments if they win. This week’s Thursday lineup for FanDuel is a $5 satellite for next week’s NFL Sunday Million. As long as we place in the top 500 out of 2873 players (assuming it fills), we’ll all earn a ticket for next week’s tournament that’s worth $25. In other words, submit this lineup as is for a good shot at a free entry for next week’s $1 million contest (which we’ll give you a lineup for as well). We don’t care if we finish 1st or 500th in this contest since all the winners receive the same prize—a $25 ticket. If the contest fills, we need to beat 1 out of every 6 lineups (<3,000 divided by 500). Our strategy is to lean on players with high upside and safe floors, so we don’t have to be too contrarian to win our ticket.
