Week 4 FanDuel DFS Lineup: $700K Thu NFL Rush

It’s always risky to play Thursday games on FanDuel since lineups lock after the Thursday kickoff. Because of this, I avoid players who are game-time decisions or may have a setback in their weekly practices. Players like Victor Cruz, DeMarco Murray, Alshon Jeffery, and Marshawn Lynch are too risky to put in a FanDuel lineup. The $700K Thu NFL Rush is a large GPP with up to 160k entries. So far there are only 62k people entered, so we are getting excellent overlay in this tournament. The contest pays up to 6,000 places, so we are trying to beat 1 in 10 player right now. I went with a contrarian approach, but made sure to keep stability throughout since a zero will most definitely eliminate a lineup in a contest this big. Here is what I’ll be entering for this Thursday’s contest: Derek Carr has an outstanding matchup this week against the Chicago Bears. He’s on the road and looking to continue his momentum as a borderline QB1. Carr’s price tag is only $7,000 which means he offers cap relief for higher-priced superstars.
