It took a 21 year-old rookie named Christian Arroyo to help snap the San Francisco Giants losing streak. However, it wasn’t just that streak that was snapped. The Giants also snapped a streak of 133 straight losses when trailing after 8 innings, dating back to May 2015.

Arroyo has only played 16 games for the Giants, and is hitting .242…. However, when he gets a hit, it’s always a big one! Arroyo has 3 homers and 9 RBI thus far. He’s been the spark to their offense that they need and now it’s time for some other players to get hot so they can get this season turned around!
