This offseason has been a loud one for the San Francisco Giants. Wait, let me re-phrase that… The players linked to the Giants has raise a lot of noise for Giants fans. They were the favorites to land Giancarlo Stanton via trade, however Stanton wasn’t feeling San Francisco as much as they were feeling him.

They’ve since been rumored to have trade talks for Billy Hamilton, Andrew McCutchen, Christian Yelich, and others… Let’s also not forget some of the free agents on the market as well. Word is they’re interested in J.D. Martinez, and seem to be a perfect match for Jay Bruce.

This year, the free agent market has been at a standstill for position players. The only names that seem to keep dropping off the board are all the relievers in the free agent market.

No time to panic now Giants fans. Your team has already made one big splash by making a trade for Evan Longoria. Let’s not forget that this guy brings a big presence to this lineup, and bring some very solid D at the hot corner. It’s also safe to say that the Giants are done yet. They’re going to add another two outfielders which is also going to help bolster up that lineup.
