Antonio Brown At it Again; Releases Video with Taped Phone Call with Jon Gruden

You’ve got to be kidding me.

After all the drama with wide receiver Antonio Brown, and after Brown put out private communication from GM Mike Mayock, now the wide out has made a video – with a private phone call between he and (it appears) Raiders coach Jon Gruden.

It’s not clear if Brown had permission to record the conversation in the video, or where or when the audio was recorded, but clearly it sounds like a call that Gruden made to the receiver.

“What the hell is going on, man?” Gruden (or someone that sounds like Gruden) says.

After a few seconds, Gruden again speaks – “you’re not a villain. You’re the most misunderstood (expletive) human being in my entire life that I’ve ever met. I mean I brought you here because you’re my favorite guy. I’ve never seen a guy work harder. And I don’t know where you are in your life right now off the field, all I know is you got a lot of things going. There’s a lot of people that have an opinion about you, and whether it be good or bad you’re in the spotlight all the time.”

It’s unreal that Brown at this point would do this based on the fact that the team reportedly is going to now play him on Monday night against Denver.

The saga is only getting more and more bizarre. In other words – stay tuned.
