The 3 Most Exciting Matchups From the 2021 Chargers Schedule

It was a tough 2020 for the Bolts, as the team struggled to a mark of 7-9, and sat at 3-9 at one point prior till the team won their last four games to end the year with seven wins.

The team is hopeful that they can rebound in 2021, using a new coaching staff and a new look roster to be much better.

Look for the Bolts to be overall better, and for the team to challenge the best in the AFC.

While there’s a number of great matchups on the Bolts slate, including divisional games vs the Raiders, Broncos and Chiefs, the team also has a number of great games, home and away to look forward to.

Here are the 3 matchups that I’m most looking forward to:

10/10 vs Cleveland – The Browns are going to be everyone’s darling as the AFC choice in 2021, and if the Bolts can find a way with Justin Herbert under center or whoever is under center they will make a massive statement with a new coach and staff. Don’t underestimate the Chargers in this early affair.

10/21 vs Pittsburgh – No one, and we mean NO ONE travels like Steeler Nation, and this matchup could be a reminder of the game a few years back on Sunday night when Delvin “Duck” Hodges came into Los Angeles and led Pitt to a solid win. Can they do that again or will the Bolts pull off the upset win? It should be a fun matchup.

12/26 at Houston – Merry Christmas! The Bolts will travel to the city of Houston to tackle the Texans in what should be a fun game between these two AFC foes. We will see if the Los Angeles defense can slow down whoever is starting at QB for the Texans, and if they can, they might be able to secure a late season win against a good Texans team that should be better this season.
