Angel Reese has 4 words for Fever star Kelsey Mitchell
Angel Reese is one week into her offseason after the Atlanta Dream experienced WNBA Finals heartbreak. She is making the most of it, including dropping comments under her fellow WNBA stars’ social media posts. One of them was on the recent TikTok video of Indiana Fever star Kelsey Mitchell.
Reese and the Dream forced a Game 7 in the championship series last Saturday. However, they lost 68-63 to the Golden State Valkyries at Chase Center, ending their campaign in heartbreak. She finished with seven points, 12 rebounds and two blocks. It was not the result she hoped for, especially after a highly-successful regular season. The 24-year-old earned her third All-Star nod and first Defensive Player of the Year award.
Mitchell, on the other hand, delivered arguably the best season of her nine-year WNBA career. She helped the Fever clinch the No. 6 seed by recording a 28-16 win-loss slate. The dynamic guard averaged a career-high 24.7 points, along with 1.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game. Indiana pushed its first-round series against the Las Vegas Aces to a deciding Game 3 on Oct. 1 but lost 94-83.

Mitchell uploaded a short video of her enjoying the offseason with her partner, whose identity has not yet been publicly revealed. The clip included some cozy moments, as well as activities they spent together.

Reese dropped a four-word message in the comments section.
“love this for youuuu,” Reese commented.
Mitchell is now an unrestricted free agent and will likely receive a lot of interest from teams around the league. She has a lot of experience under her belt and is one of the best scorers in the WNBA. However, she can also re-sign with the Fever and have one more run for a title along with Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston and Co.
