The first thing claimed is how honest the person is. Sorry but claiming such things usually meams you are the complete opposite. The only way of convincing people you are honest is to prove you have a track record of honesty.
Using the Photoshop sharpen tool actually doesn’t sharpen detail, it loses the finer detail in a sort of overall smudge effect and emphasises chiaroscuro contrasts. But if you over do it you can create mountains out of mole hills, as the author of the video probably knows very well. So much for honesty.

Ah! Those lovely trolls are out. I challenge you to try it yourself. The raw image is below the video on you tube. I don’t think photoshop can manipulate images like taking a stick figure and swishing it around with the sharpen tool could create pupils and eye cornia, all fingers and toes and the perfect set of teeth.
