I just got to ask a question here.. How did the Chupacabras turn from what was
first described in Puerto Rico as being a manlike winged creature with red glowing eyes
into a mexican hairless dog? The first original chupa reports came from Puerto Rico
and they told of a small 4 ft tall almost humanoid/alien type creature with bat-like wings
on it.. The head had a spiney ridge on it and it was greenish in color.. It jumped and
flew around etc.. Then we somehow lost that description for something much more
mundane.. a hairless dog looking creature! Will the real chupacabras please stand up?
